The Pro Football Hall of Fame sent me an advisory this week regarding voting for the NFL’s All-Decade team.
The Hall’s 48 selectors will soon receive ballots listing the most dominant players at their positions from 2010-2019. The announcement is expected to be made in April, close to when the 2020 league schedule is revealed. (more…)

Leaving the Hall of Fame meeting room Saturday afternoon, I thought John Lynch had earned himself a gold jacket.
When Hall of Fame president David Baker read the list of modern-era candidates who had survived the first cut from 15 to 10, Lynch was still alive. That was a very positive sign after he was eliminated in the first reduction in each of the past two years. (more…)
