He sure seems like a nice, well-grounded kid. All that money and he just turned 21. Mmmm. Joe loves this country!
Freeman addressed the local MSM today at One Buc Palace. You can watch the video right here from the Bucs Web site.
Freeman also joined the Ron and Ian show on 620 WDAE-AM, The Sports Animal, immediately following the news conference.
The Bucs new “franchise” quarterback (aka bust-in-waiting) talked with them about how he believes he is better than Mark Sanchez and Matthew Stafford, citing how he took very few sacks and his playmaking ability. And Freeman talked about his focus in training will be to keep his mouth shut and work super hard, a philosophy he learned from his father.

Hey Joe Bucs Hater! Enough already! We get that you hate freeman. How come your articles bashing him for his below 60% completion percentage doesnt include the horrible QBs weve had in the past who had over 60%? Like Bruce Gradkowski, Shawn King, Trent Dilfer? As Passers they all sucked! If Freeman played for USC where they face no talent each year and has an O-Line that can protect him, dont ya think his numbers would be better? Its not about the numbers in college but the situation you get drafted into. Give him some time before you start spreading your pre-mature negativity!

With Freeman talking himself up so good makes me reminisce of other 1rst round QB’s we have drafted Trent Dilfer who was mediocre at best
(he loved himself something good when drafted) and My cousin Vinny- Vinny Testicle-verde He always said he was better than anyone else on the team, and while this was probably true it certainly didn’t help with team chemistry on a real bad team that he was supposed to pull from the depths. So if Freeman is great it probably won’t be here.

Hey Greg if Josh Freeman was so good. He would have been playing at USC with their week schedule. Or Florida, Miami, Texas Tech, Texas, Oklahoma, Bama, Georgia. The list goes on.
He might turn out to be. The best pick the Buc’s have ever made. But they have picked so many terds in the past. Its real hard to believe they found a diamond. When they have mined so many terds.
