Darrelle Revis, Dashon Goldson Reshaping Bucs
June 5th, 2013Tampa Bay electronic media czar J.P. Peterson cranked out a nice video package largely dealing with Darrelle Revis’ comeback from ACL surgery and how he and Dashon Goldson are fitting in with their new team in this TampaBaySportsCentral.com piece.

the bucs are the best team in the world. Dom is my favorite GM and Freeman is a damn good QB. Im predicting that we win the superbowl this season. Go Bucs!!!

I like the drills Revis and Goldson were doing with Johnson. Goldson was predicting where the ball was coming from just based on Johnson’s eyesight and initial movements. Not sure how common this is but I found it really interesting.
Thanks for posting this video Joe.

I’m just wondering if playing with that technique would lead to face guarding penalties called on us

@the_bucs_realist
That’s the spirit haha

@Walter
Did “realists” comment just show up for you too? There was no other comments for a LONG time after I made my first comment. When I came back, all of a sudden, Realist made a post before mine. Maybe it was just me . . .

@WestCoast
Yeah, I thought that was weird too. His sarcastic optimism must have messed with the server

@Walter
That must be it. The internet was literally stunned at his comment.

I’d rather see stories like this everyday versus reading Freeman inconsistent career spam! LoL
June 5th, 2013 at 7:43 pm
LOL Some of his interceptions certainly are football spam!!!

I just can’t wait to see how Glennon does in the preseason, if he develops behind Freeman, given some time, he could end up being a nice bargaining chip to steal a high draft pick in the not so distant future. Then we can just draft another backup QB

Nice to see that underneath that frown, the “realist” has a touch of humor deep in the bowels of his otherwise dismal outlook on life. But even his attempt at sarcasm highlights the same worn out topic. Here the article about Revis’ recovery is morphed into how his “favorite GM can’t draft so he had to buy the best CB in the league”; as if the method of acquisition is more important than adding this star to the roster. I’ll go on a limb and say that any fan of any team would love to have # 24 no matter how he got there. At least give credit where it is due.
