Schiano Texting Inspirational Messages
November 21st, 2012Joe pegs Greg Schiano as an old school kind of guy, so Joe found it interesting to hear Ronde Barber talk about the leader of the New Schiano Order texting players as they prepared to step off the team plane at some point during their Carolina road trip.
Of course, Joe suspects the timing andĀ of the text was planned meticulously.
“He had a great message that he sent to a bunch of the guys on the plane.” Barber said last night on the Buccaneers Radio Newtork. “It’s funny, we landed on the plane and he sent a bunch of guys text messages that said, ‘Trust in the process and the results will take care of itself.'”
“Trust in the process” might be the toughest task of the New Schiano Order going forward.
Clearly, the Bucs have been griding and working with a one-game-at-a-time mentality. But that becomes much more difficult as the playoff hype builds and the volume of media requests and media types swirling around One Buc Palace continue to increase.

If i had an employer and they did that, I’d change my phone #. If they persisted I would file a harassment claim with the union.

And Miguel you would get fired for being an ass hat
November 21st, 2012 at 2:20 pm
Miguel –
I would too. Unless the employer was my professional football coach who is turning me and my team into winners, not to mention helping me become a player with a higher market value.
He’s just trying to help keep their minds straight, man. That too is a coach’s job. Ease up.

@ Miguel,
The Bucs are forging together a strong “team”.
C’mon man, if you change your cell #, then you are not buying in. which means: we will trade/cut your a$$.

Miguel,
You gotta be kidding me. You would have the “Lil’ General” on speed dial if you could.

It’s called stalking whether it’s a crazy ex-brother-in-law or an employer. You have a 4th amendment right to privacy.
I’ll never give up my rights.
If I sent inspirational texts to my employees, I would expect a cease and desist text from my attorneys. You simply can not violate peoples rights in the corporate world.

I thought they deported Miguel’s computer. My guess is his computer slipped back into the country undetected. Immigration’s will find his computer again, by tracing Miguel’s activity on JoeBucsFan.com and deport it again. Miguel… you can run, but can’t hide your computer from the long arm of the law.
November 21st, 2012 at 3:31 pm
Then again maybe Miguel is not an actual person, but more so a computer robo blogging by sending out canned responses? Just saying.

People who actually care about their job and are not just blood sucking leaches punching a clock and cashing a check often communicate outside of work hours. Those of us who care about what we do will often spare the 5 seconds it takes to read the text.

The troll is strong with this guy

Man Schiano is the real deal. We hit the lotto when we got our Palooka!
November 21st, 2012 at 5:20 pm
“…as they prepared to step off the team plane”
So the text was during work hours. Remember, work for these guys is a lot more than 3-4 hours on Sunday afternoon. And if they’re travelling, they’re working. If my boss texts/emails me during work, I better read it or start looking for another job.

If the Amen Chorus can read, they might check out George Orwell’s 1984.
http://www.george-orwell.org/1984/0.html
In 1949, people were shocked and offended by the idea that Big Brother (Little General) would commit such heinous crimes against society and people’s God given rights.
Orwell suggested that sheeple could be conditioned and even joyfully accept such heinous intrusions into one’s personal life.
It seems as if this conditioning is so prevalent in our society today that the sheeple are actually attacking the rare individual that would stand up for their unalienable rights.
Orwell was right it seems.
Remember:
WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Miguel your an idiot. It’s not stalking. And your Obama phone does get texts from the welfare agent all the time. We get texts from division, brigade, and battalion all the time. Especially leading up to deployment with motivational messages. If you give up your phone number you give them authority to do it. Moron

hahaha you acting like you read 1984! Miguel you are an imposter. you are not a freedom fighting individualist. you are the collectives useful idiot. we are not a secret society like the free masons you poser. everyone is libertarian at heart. if you really were educated in liberty you wouldnt talk about 1984 like a narcissist with a government psychopath parasite divide and conquer mentality. you got it twisted thinking you can change the collectives brain washed masses using more authoritarian tactics. dude its a sports forum. if you want to kill tyrants meet me under the liberty tree by the big confederate flag to understand the true creed of freedom. choice rights equality for the individual not the collective. you are not helping our movement like this until you are educated.

Miguel, what the hell are you trying to say? You don’t think players have a “team cell phone”?
C’mon man!
