August 10th, 2012 at 7:43 pm
Awesome. Wright did the pirate swords after that break up.

August 10th, 2012 at 7:46 pm
Dang Chad! Wide open whiff.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:46 pm
Looks like we picked up right where we left off. Can’t wait for our 3-and-out.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:49 pm
I see #93 doing his thing being disruptive.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:50 pm

August 10th, 2012 at 7:50 pm
Blount being Blount getting YAContact

August 10th, 2012 at 7:52 pm
Gain ten, lose 15.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:54 pm
3 penalties already ?
August 10th, 2012 at 7:54 pm
Freeman awfully close to throwing picks.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:54 pm
Blount really does look a lot smaller than last year. Faster too.
August 10th, 2012 at 7:55 pm

August 10th, 2012 at 8:00 pm
Now that was impressive!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:01 pm
i know its preseason but its nice to see us score in the first half, even better to score on first drive..loving schiano for goin for that one
August 10th, 2012 at 8:01 pm
That was the most exciting drive I’ve seen the Bucs display since 2010.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:03 pm
lol..another offsides
August 10th, 2012 at 8:05 pm
Ouch!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Nice pressure by Bennett there.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Great defensive stand.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
And Boom! Foster rocked him.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
such a sick hit!!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Any links to the game?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Loved the hit by Foster and Clayborn! Much better defensive stand.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:08 pm
Nice hit by Clayborne!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:08 pm
Blount can catch.
We’re not playing from behind to start the game.
Stocker producing.
Defense swarming to the ball.
Mason Foster hitting like a freight train.
GMC getting penetration.
All very encouraging. The penalties will need addressing, but they always do.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:09 pm
That was a great drive. Blount looks smaller and faster. I like them using him in the pass game.
Love how we went for it on 4th. Thats how you set the tempo.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:09 pm
Let me just say…I REALLY love my new HD tv!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:10 pm
Wow…that quarter went by fast…
August 10th, 2012 at 8:10 pm
Oh where o where is T 2.2?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:12 pm
I am sick and tired of political commercials already. Sigh.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:12 pm
O where O were can he be?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:12 pm
This is my 1st season with an HD TV, well worth it.
Also, anyone recall the last time we ended the 1st quarter with a lead( even if it is just 7)
August 10th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
Cant remember we had a lead after the 1st quarter. Very encouraging so far.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
Underwood!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
My first time seeing Underwood…nice grab.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
Loved that throw. Dropped perfectly between the defenders.
Martin looks so fast compared to Blount.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:14 pm
UnderWOOOOOD
August 10th, 2012 at 8:14 pm
Finally, a good run by the hamster !!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:14 pm
Doug Martin and LGB, gonna be a nice combo
August 10th, 2012 at 8:14 pm
Nice catch by Underwood and great run by Martin!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
UNDERWOOD!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
Are you friggin serious??!! Wow!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:15 pm

August 10th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
Underdog!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
Underwood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:16 pm
Hell yeah deep pass!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:16 pm
And catch!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Excellent catch by Underwood, but that should have been picked off, if the safety was paying attention.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Thomas 2.2… BUC Dangerous Offense and Defense!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Underwood did it all, this series. Methinks the kid wan’ta it, big time!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:18 pm
Freeman really looks different after losing the weight. Like a different person appearance-wise. I like his passing too. 4 of 5 and he’s keeping his feet under him. Pretty accurate as well.
I give him an b grade considering the short time he played. They ran a lot (a good thing).
August 10th, 2012 at 8:18 pm
He’s a converted CB, tried to play like he was still one.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:19 pm
That was @aj
August 10th, 2012 at 8:19 pm
Wants
August 10th, 2012 at 8:19 pm
@aj Yup. If he would have played Underwood instead of the ball, there would have been a huge hit.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:19 pm
Parris Warren.
I hope Underwood is not another. Martin TD!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:20 pm
Two drives, two scores. Very nice.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:20 pm
Bucs 14, Ditch Carp 0, who’da guessed it?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
Muscle Hamster and Blount Trauma. The Dynamic Duo and Underdog.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
Smart football play by Martin!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
…and TB leads 14-0
August 10th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
Panthers and Falcons might just be starting to sweat. Brees is probably not…yet.
Would love to see us run up the score to like 35 points.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
Dangit, have forgotten to watch Dotson. Anyone been seeing how he’s doing?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
Blount/Martin could be the deadly duo to the opponent.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
@So Ill: Dotson is holding up well.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
offsides on the kickoff?….LMAO!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
Can someone email me a link that will play on a iphone? I appreciate it.
m_cordes76@yahoo.com
August 10th, 2012 at 8:24 pm
I see the replacement refs like calling penalties on us too. Still…I think they are better than the regulars…well, could be better with experience.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:26 pm
Is that the fourth offsides?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:26 pm
gah too many offsides penalties
August 10th, 2012 at 8:27 pm
#5 offsides
August 10th, 2012 at 8:27 pm
these offsides are killing us. no excuse for all this, good thing its just the first preseason game
August 10th, 2012 at 8:27 pm
Tip Drill!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:28 pm
These guys look youngry…
August 10th, 2012 at 8:28 pm
Dolphins lost their video feed…..just heard about the int, didn’t see it . Way to many penalties
August 10th, 2012 at 8:28 pm
I’m liking what I’m seeing here!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
BTW 8 pass attempts to 14 rush attempts…..
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
OHHRAHH David with the pick. Awesome.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
@Rsrq lol
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
I like the new #54, lookin good so far
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
Okoye did a good job of putting his hands up.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
Make that 15 rush attempts lol
August 10th, 2012 at 8:30 pm
Nice blitz pick up by Madu.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:30 pm
Looking good so far. Both sides of the ball.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:32 pm
Not too shabby.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:33 pm
Underwood is making some really big plays.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:33 pm
All our RB’s have cought passes.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:33 pm
That Underwood kid can BALL!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:36 pm
David is impressive!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:37 pm
Madu looked a little too hesitant out there.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:37 pm
Sucks for Madu, he didnt get to run behind that beast of a line.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:37 pm
LaVonte David!! I like this kid a LOT!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:37 pm
Another good play by David.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:37 pm
check out the new Bucs promo. NICE!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:38 pm
I like the comercial…
🙂
August 10th, 2012 at 8:39 pm
Madu touched the ball almost every play that drive. Obviously they want to get a good look at him. I was not impressed and have to think he’s on the outside looking in if Smith can do something with his chances.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:40 pm
David is looking fair studly.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:41 pm
Is it safe to assume Parker has finally lost the return job?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:41 pm
Lavonte David is the real deal and he’s single handedly making the LB corps look good.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
Same old Parker. That pissed Schiano off big time!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
UH OH PRESTO!!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:43 pm
Greg Schiano pissed! Hates turnovers, I love it, rah woulda been like its ok guys…
August 10th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
Hope all these mistakes are just nerves, trying to press (Preston) too much.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
and presto change-o the dolphins have the ball
August 10th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
Dammit…that turnover ruins an almost perfect first half.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
Like I’ve been saying all off season…everyone was down on Blount for his fumbles, but Parker was much, much worse. Hope Schiano doesn’t cut him for it.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:45 pm
Traditionally after a foul up like that, the Bucs opponent would score. Let’s see if the backups have learned anything.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:46 pm
I wish i could watch the game :/
August 10th, 2012 at 8:46 pm
Mlew needs to show something out there, guy looks sloppy.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:47 pm
Nope. No change there.
Ah well, backups are backups.
I wanna see Smith on a kick return. Curious on how he does.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:48 pm
@So. Ill. – He just showed #18 the endzone.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:48 pm
googl is your freind…
August 10th, 2012 at 8:49 pm
I guess Preston Parkers nite is over
August 10th, 2012 at 8:49 pm
Parker’s fumble problems are only on returns. He is fine at receiver. But who becomes the returner, if Stroughter does not make the team?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:49 pm
Not a touchdown…
August 10th, 2012 at 8:50 pm
Rrsrq, hope not. We won’t know if it was a fluke if he’s benched.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:51 pm
That looked like it hit the ground!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:51 pm
Incomplete! They’ll score now but….vcoolol
August 10th, 2012 at 8:51 pm
Good job replacement refs
August 10th, 2012 at 8:51 pm
Pretty good coverage by Lewis.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:51 pm
HOLY CRAP . A BREAK
August 10th, 2012 at 8:53 pm
Nice tackle by Gaitor
August 10th, 2012 at 8:53 pm
Old refs would not have made the right call there.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
SHUTOUT HALF.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
Wow. Just. Wow.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:56 pm
Excellent play by Gaitor!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:57 pm
Gaitor Rocks!
August 10th, 2012 at 8:57 pm
I love the way Schiano talks. Keep on them, coach.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:58 pm
And so does Schiano.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:58 pm
Good goal line stop by the D! And a good first half.
August 10th, 2012 at 8:58 pm
Well, that’s it, I gotta head to work.
Go Bucs!
August 10th, 2012 at 9:00 pm
Freeman and Orlovsky combined 11/12 for 130 yards. Underwood impressed a lot, as well as David.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:00 pm
So far so much better than last year. No slow starts today.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:05 pm
Can’t watch in Oklahoma… how’s Sullivan’s play calling look?
Opinions appreciated. 🙂
August 10th, 2012 at 9:05 pm
Don’t get too excited yet ladies. It’s preseason game #1.
We dominated KC in preseason last year also – didn’t mean squat.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:06 pm
^I knew the a**hole would show up sooner or later.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:08 pm
Good thing that the Dolphins are participating in the new Black Out Policy.
There might be only 20,000 attending
I know it is raining
but geesh that’s weak
August 10th, 2012 at 9:08 pm
ish:
The score speaks for itself.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:09 pm
Nice to know you were thinking about me
August 10th, 2012 at 9:12 pm
Michael Smith is so fast!
August 10th, 2012 at 9:12 pm
Run Michael Run
August 10th, 2012 at 9:13 pm
Looks like ZERO first teamers out there now
August 10th, 2012 at 9:16 pm
Very predictable opening 2nd half drive
August 10th, 2012 at 9:18 pm
BucNeckid, and the Dolphins say they have 41,000 season ticket holders, which would mean about half of them actually showed up for the game.
But the people in Miami care more about the Dominican national team than they do the Dolphins, just the demographics of that market. A good chunk of Dol-fans come from Palm Beach, and they might have just thought it was too much of a drive for a preseason game in the rain.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:18 pm
thomas, you don’t need to troll this thread.
people are trying to enjoy their team. if yo and your negative existence ways cannot, please leave.
thanks
August 10th, 2012 at 9:21 pm
Doesn’t help that their stadium is basically in the Dominican
August 10th, 2012 at 9:22 pm
Robbie / Sun Life Stadium is the Tropicana Field of the NFL
August 10th, 2012 at 9:23 pm
Preston Parker as a kickoff or punt return guy–UNBELIEVABLE!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 9:29 pm
Cody Grimm
Whifffff
August 10th, 2012 at 9:31 pm
Wallace is getting some good pressure from the outside.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:31 pm
Cody Grimm
Your next Arizona Cardinal back up safety
August 10th, 2012 at 9:33 pm
Tannehill (sp?) looks very good.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:34 pm
Hurry up offense = advantage Offense
Always when the defense is playing their third string, new to the NFL Rookies
August 10th, 2012 at 9:35 pm
Actually it did mean squat Thomas. We started last year 4-2.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:35 pm
I just seen a DT of ours drop back into coverage on that TD throw…. Not sure if Ive ever seen that before.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:36 pm
Smith is really fast but I am more impressed with the guy that caught him from behind!!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 9:36 pm
Orlovsky seems serviceable.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:36 pm
SMITH!!!!!!!!
August 10th, 2012 at 9:37 pm
ANyone else impressed with Tannehill running a no huddle offense in his first NFL live action?
August 10th, 2012 at 9:37 pm
How has our D looked? I’ve heard David looks good, doing what?
Rain, here in NE Ga too.
Sounds like We have been successful on Offense.
Wish I was.watching.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:38 pm
That was a horrible attempt by Curtis. He should have had that one.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:39 pm
Hopefully we just saw our new return guy. No reason to have Parker clogging a roster spot for his alleged returning abilities.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:40 pm
@RustyThino David was around the ball and hassling ball carriers all day. Played well in coverage too.
Offense was pretty dominant.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:40 pm
well let’s hope our 3rd and 4th stringers dont have to play in a real game…lol
August 10th, 2012 at 9:41 pm
i was thinking sgt stroughter should go
August 10th, 2012 at 9:42 pm
I think we are seeing in this 2nd half that are D-Line depth is not very good at all. Which we already knew.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:45 pm
Tannehill Looks as good as Orlovsky
Rookie vs. seven year QB
August 10th, 2012 at 9:46 pm
Explosive Offense?
Tampa Bucs
Explosive Offense?
Hmmmm
August 10th, 2012 at 9:46 pm
Above quote per Carl Nicks
August 10th, 2012 at 9:48 pm
GAng tackle sighting
August 10th, 2012 at 9:49 pm
Not liking the Price trade right now.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:50 pm
Not sure what scares me more…oline depth or db depth.
August 10th, 2012 at 9:51 pm
Why?
was price third string DT?
No worries Brau
August 10th, 2012 at 9:55 pm
New TB Coaches need Name Tags
Can’t tell who is who yet.
Schiano and Sullivan only recognizable faces
August 10th, 2012 at 9:57 pm
The dolphin broadcast announcers are horrible…why can’t I hear lynch and Myers?
August 10th, 2012 at 9:57 pm
Have a feeling that Michael Smith is going to get one of those Phantom Preseason injuries.
Practice Squad Bound… Cough, cough
August 10th, 2012 at 10:00 pm
did anybody else see michael smith just throw up?
August 10th, 2012 at 10:02 pm
Miami is Home Team = Home broadcasters heard in markets other than visiting team.
Maybe?
August 10th, 2012 at 10:02 pm
@Ish70 – The play calling is looking nice. It’s definitely not so vanilla anymore. I can see a lot of routes being run to open up the QBs first look. I know Joe (as did I) hated the Benn’d around, but I also hated that frickkng middle screen on every 3rd down. You’ll be pleased this year!
August 10th, 2012 at 10:03 pm
ed gant
preseason stud
August 10th, 2012 at 10:05 pm
Bucs have completed passes to 15 different players
August 10th, 2012 at 10:07 pm
Watching game online from nfl.com feed. For most of second quarter it was lynch/meyers. Don’t get it
August 10th, 2012 at 10:08 pm
@Joe @Rich
Thanks! Can’t wait to see tomorrow morning!
August 10th, 2012 at 10:08 pm
Hmmm
weird
August 10th, 2012 at 10:11 pm
Did we get any sacks tonight? I don’t recall seeing any qb pressure at all
August 10th, 2012 at 10:13 pm
just flipped back from Olympics
notice that the Track Runners wear less clothes than the Swimmers this year
August 10th, 2012 at 10:14 pm
per cbs sportsline
No Sacks
August 10th, 2012 at 10:15 pm
Dolphins had no sacks too
August 10th, 2012 at 10:16 pm
DallasBuc, I think the Dolphins satellite feed went down for a bit, so they had to switch over to the Bucs feed.
August 10th, 2012 at 10:19 pm
@ish70 this is definatly an old school, pound the rock offense which is great to see with some shots downfield sprinkled here and there. if you think NY giants offense your spot on.
Now the defense looked vinella in terms of playcalling, but its definatly an on your toes, get down hill and hit somebody style of D. the secondary looked shoddy but thats to be expected. the rest of the D played Disciplined with LAVONTE DAVID REALLY STANDING OUT. i mean that guy was all over the field making tackles behind the line of scrimmage and even got a pick from a tipped pass. I hope he can keep up the good work.
overall solid performance.
August 10th, 2012 at 10:21 pm
we had good pressure when when the starters and rotational players in
August 10th, 2012 at 10:21 pm
Most of David’s Stand out play was against second and third team.
Still…
David looked really good
August 10th, 2012 at 10:26 pm
Thanks aj, that makes more sense. I cannot see how sfla fan puts up with these morons.
August 10th, 2012 at 10:27 pm
Another goal line stand. The D has been impressive except for the penalties and no pressure by the back up D-line.
August 10th, 2012 at 10:29 pm
Game Over
Losing streak over*
Wooohoooo!

Looks like this year will at least be competitive and each game won’t be over after 14-0 first quarters each game
Go Bucs!

I liked what I saw. We dominated the line of scrimmage on offense. We will be able to run the ball which means we will be able to pass the ball too. Defensively we looked OK. I’d like to see a little more pressure but when the first team was in they didn’t have much time at all. As far as receivers…did ANYBODY drop a ball??? Man, seemed like all the TE’s were catching the rock, the WR’s, the RB’s…it was a good night for receivers. By the time the Patriots get here it will be a better test of who we are.

Have a feeling that Michael Smith is going to get one of those Phantom Preseason injuries. Practice Squad Bound… Cough, cough
.
He would not clear waivers. Two teams already tried trading for him.
