How Flooded Was It?
June 27th, 2012Joe is still trying to dry out from the monsoon that the trollop known as Tropical Storm Debbie dumped on the area. It was so bad, as many know, Bayshore Blvd. in Tampa became Bayshore River. But this didn’t stop Captain Fear from taking advantage of what was a bad situation.
