Not a cure all. Still need decent coordinators, a good draft, and useful free agent players to complement our care. All of this depends on our GM and HC getting along and playing from the same sheet of music.

Maybe I am a homer, but firing rah rah and hiring a still young coach who isn’t eligible for Social Security maybe the wake up call these young Bucs need. But slow down the Ray Rice to TB rumors…he is getting paid in B’more. Vilma????
