Here are the Bucs inactives today. As Joe’s written, Josh Freeman won’t play.
On the defensive side of the ball, you won’t see Michael Bennett, Myron Lewis or Daniel Te’O-Hesheim.
Derek Hardman, James Lee, Micheal Spurlock and, of course, Freeman, lose the coveted helmet on offense.
No big surprises here, and you won’t have Lewis to pick on after the game.

spurlock was a gruden player. rah and dom don’t want spurlock outperforming their players i.e. Benn, Stroughter it makes them look additionally incompetent.
these guys are in full job preservation mode so things become very political – I believe that they think their jobs are in serious trouble (which of course they are and should be).

@Thomas 2.2 — Spurlock was cut by Gruden, but Dominik brought him back late in 2009, then gave him another contract after 2010. Wake up.

I’ll bet they look like a top 5 defense against Josh Johnson. I hope our punter got lots of rest last night. I’m anticipating more punts than first downs. It sucks because I’m never negative about the Bucs, but this team is in a downward spiral that is not going to come to an end soon I’m affraid. Don’t get me wrong; I’ll be cheering my butt off @ 1pm.

Benn was a Rah/Dom 2nd round draft pick, he has been terrible. Last year, Spurlock earned a shot as the #2 and primary kick returner.
I am told that the 2nd receiver position was handed to Benn without a true competition. Why? The only reason is because Benn was a 2nd Round Rah/Dom draft pick. Stroughter has done nothing – why is he getting return plays and wr snaps in front of Spurlock. Umm – maybe bc he is a rah/dom draft pick.
I think you need to Wake Up to what is going on right now. RAh/Dom players have been handed spots that have not been earned – that is one of the reasons why the team sucks.
