T-Jax Looks Ready

For those quivering at the thought of Corey Lynch playing 60 minutes against Drew Brees on Sunday, it seems Raheem Morris is not planning on that anytime soon.
Tanard Jackson is now two successful days into his return from a hamstring injury suffered in jolly ol’ England against the Bears, so reports the Bucs Twitter feed.
@TBBuccaneers: S Tanard Jackson (hamstring) practiced for the 2nd straight day and moved around well, according to Coach Morris.
Who could be surprised that T-Jax is back and looks well? The man obviously can defy all odds. Joe looks forward to him extending his interception streak to three games.

Having McCoy, Foster, and TJax ready to go against the ‘aints is huge and needed!
Freeman and the WRs hopefully figured something out this week because they, along with ALOT of Blount need to be sharp.

If Grimm ever stays Healthy…
will there be any way of getting T Jackson and Grimm on the field at the same time?

Great news about TJax! He seems to energize our pourous secondary. But Lynch is playing good ball right now. His playing doesn’t scare me. And he will get alot of time- the Saints love to throw 4 WR at you. Especially against a weak secondary like ours. Bet Raheem has Lynch, Jones, and TJax on the field together , because that’s better than any three CBs we can muster( again, not including the Great Ronde Barber).

Disagree Capt Tim. I expect to see Talib, Biggers, Barber, TJax, and Jones out there alot. All of them are better than Lynch and Grimm.

Jones seems to play alot better when Tanard is out there too. All the healthy people coming back for the stretch is great news. Minus Faine he can ride the wood for all i care!

I don’t get the hate for Faine. He is pretty good, plus, at the very least they need the depth.
I get he said some things as the player rep that some of you didn’t like, but…well…. get over it. It was not a big deal

That might be a stretch…..Glad T Jax is back, Outside of maybe Clayborn or Bennett he might be our defensive MVP. This team is short on game changers, we need him on the field.

Corey Lynch is not John Lynch and Aquib Talib is and plays like a top 10 corner. Barber having a good season. And GMC is our defensive mvp trust the pressure he gets allows Bennet and Clayborn to get sacks @captain tim wtf are talking about watch the games !

I’m usually pretty good at figuring things out, but this one has got me scratching my head. If T-Jack is healthy and ready to play, why did the Bucs go out and sign David Sims, an UFA safety to the 53 man roster, when they knew Economos was being activated and someone has to be cut? And what does this signing say about Ahmad Black?

Sims played RB as a freshman, it’s a stretch but maybe we’ll see him in the backfield sometime? Wouldn’t be surprised if he gets cut soon, though.

Tcavier- thanks! After that totally clueless and uninformed post, we can now dismiss you as a school kid.
Talib is playing badly, and will be replaced at next years draft. If you really like him, watch closely. He has exactly 9 games left til the end of his career with the Bucs

Dave- disagreeing is fine. But both Biggers and Talib are struggling. Talib has struggled all year, and his emotional meltdowns make him a futher liability. Biggers contains, but doesn’t stop any WRs
But that wasn’t my point. My point is that, when the Saints bring 4 WRs, the Bucs feel Better with Lynch than another CB( Mack, Gaitor, etc.)
It they have 4 WRs- Barber, Talib, and Biggers will be out there. That’s all we’ve got! But in the previous Saints game, they brought in Lynch rather than another Corner. I thought it was a surprising, yet good move. I don’t get the Lynch hate. He has played well, and has came up big on several occasions. I trust him more than Mack. Apparently, so do the coaches
At Tcavier- I think you mistook me for Thomas. I agree about McCoy. Only your ridiculous Talib statement was not correct. Obviously didn’t watch him blow our chance at the end of the Bears game. Now get back to your homework! 7th grade teachers are tough!

CAPT TIM. Wasn’t Lynch in there because of neccesity the first game? No hate on Lynch, he is better in coverage than Grimm and almost as good as Jones, definately better ball awareness than Jones. I have no problem with him out there, but he is not better than the top 3 CBs. I wouold also also argue that Gaitor has been fairly impressive on the times he has entered a game. I expect him to be the nickel CB within 2 years.
I agree about Talib. He has the talent, but he might THINK he is a little better than he is. I also think the off field stuff has reached the end. If he sneezes wrong, I think he is done, other wise they ride out his contract. The off field stuff seems to have affected his play on the field this year in my opinion.
With the league so pass heavy now, I do believe they go after 2 major components on defense next year and 2 on offense in no particualr order:
CB, LB, RB, WR
