Josh Freeman’s A “Heavy Sweater”
September 11th, 2011While the headline of this post might arouse women across the Bay area, its meaning was a bad omen for Josh Freeman.
On his nasty third-quarter cramp that caused him to leave the game, Freeman said it surprised him because he began his “hydration [process] three days ago.”
Freeman explained he’s a “heavy sweater” and it just got the best of him after he got all amped up after being hit and minimally hurting has ankle. Apparently, per Freeman, the cramping ran up one side of his body.
No sweat, though. Freeman’s healthy. He went on to say he’s proud of the team’s fight to the final play.

Is this the official excuse we’re going with as to why Freeman made no effort to stretch the field today?

Why is it that every time something is brought up, some people take it as an excuse. Nobody is making any excuses for anything. We got beat by a better team (at least today). But my goodness, if you don’t want to hear these “excuses”, what the hell else do you want to read about? It’s called reporting.

He was barely on the field with all their 3 and outs. Offense had a rest day.
