Stocker Running Again
August 16th, 2011The Bucs’ 2011 fourth-round pick has been spotted contributing again.
Per Raheem Morris, tight end Luke Stocker was “running today for the first time in a while,” so Raheem told Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan as they hosted their popular Sirius NFL Radio show Movin’ The Chains from One Buc Palace.
Raheem said Stocker “showed the willingness to block” before he was injured when training camp started and he’s excited to see him. Speaking of tight ends, Raheem said of Kellen Winslow: “He looks the best I’ve seen since I’ve been here in Tampa.”
Joe will have much more from NFL Radio tonight and tomorrow.

I read somewhere before that Kellen said this is the best he’s ever felt since his accident. Either the time off or his changes in conditioning are going to pay dividends this season.
With defenses having to keep Williams in check this year, look for Kellen to blow up this season. And if it aint Kellen, it’ll be Benn/Briscoe. And if it isn’t the Z, it’ll be Blount… I can’t keep my excitement in check!

Like all players before they have played a game, the fanatics have this guy destined for Canton – like Mason Foster I.e. Ray Lewis (per rah rah).
How about seeing 1 game, heck 1 preseason game, from him before predicting greatness?
We should be glad he is getting better and hoping for some productivity- that is it.

C’mon man, Foster is not like “Ray Lewis”, he is more of a “Dick Butkus”.
I am expecting Foster to come in and stop the run. Anything else would be a bonus, and in due time hopefully he can develop into an awesome MIKE.

Don’t see anyone predicting Stockers greatness here. 1 comment and its about Kellen Winslow. But you are sure quick to hate on Bucs players. Much quicker than the fanatics(exactly what a fan is by the way moron) are to proclaim anyone’s greatness. Can you go root for the Titans now jerkoff? Your favorite player plays for them now. Or you can wait for Gruden to get another NFL team and follow them. Oh wait. You might be waiting indefinitely on that one.

Gruden is getting paid this year by the Bucs… After this year he is on the market…
Cleveland anyone?

I hope Stocker can be 1/2 the player that Jason Witten is.
August 16th, 2011 at 6:22 pm
i hope he is a little taller than 1/2 of jason witten, otherwise he is a small target

SteveK- I’m thinking no one bites on Gruden until Dan Snyder fires Shanahan. Then maybe you will see Gruden and Allen reunited under Dan Snyder. They will be the ultimate triumvirate of FAIL.

Thomas…AKA “Jack Ass” you just proved my post from earlier…thank you for besing such a Jack Ass, so you can keep us sheep AKA “fans” onto your agenda.

Spot on BecklesHeartsRuud about Thomas’ commenting.
He’s worse than the guy who says “First”.
Either a grown man with a psychological disorder, or just a fat teenage Mama’s boy, with the non sequitur of “2.2 inches” for shame.
Luke Stocker, I have really, really, really high expectations for this guy.

Thomas 2.2-
I give you props, you are as consistent as the day is long. Keep on keeping on, brutha.
Atleast your “Glass Bone Dry” approach gets a great convo ignited lol

i think we’re about to see a run of 3 or 4 years where winslow absolutely dominates the nfl. i just have this gut feeling, especially now that our recievers are good enough to warrent safety help over the top. winslow will have lb’s one on one.

odd i just saw a graphic naming him number one te (in salary) in the nfl
and two days ago NFL network didnt list him in top 10 fantasy qb’s to look at this season… odd pairity there.

nfc south is probably the most explosive division in nfl. So many weapons on each team…
GO BUCS!

Thomas doesn’t see the glass “bone dry”. He sees there’s something in there, and figures it’s either koolaid or dog urine, and he wants none of it. Whether half full or half empty, doesn’t matter, he’s not drinking any anyway.
