BetMGM Releases Bucs’ Odds Of Winning Super Bowl LX

February 11th, 2025

Super Bowl LX will be held at Levi’s Stadium near San Jose next February and it appears our friends in the desert aren’t so hip on the Bucs’ chances.

BetMGM released its odds for teams to be the next Super Bowl champion and the Bucs are sort of a long-shot.

In fact, Tampa Bay is currently tied with the Bears — the Bears! — for 10th-best odds to raise the Vince Lombardi Trophy aloft in the California night next February.

BetMGM has the Bucs (and the Bears) at +4000 to win it all. The defending champion Eagles currently have the best odds to win “The Big Game” and repeat champions. Their odds are set at +650.

The trance of Lamar Jackson is real as even the wiseguys in Vegas are mesmerized by one of the most overblown playoff quarterbacks in the game. BetMGM believes a guy who has one more playoff win than Baker Mayfield has +700 odds of winning the Super Bowl.

For those who like to throw money away, both the Titans and the Giants are at +20000.

So for grins I went to Hard Rock to see if they had this up yet. Didn’t look far enough because the first page was the #1 draft pick.

I do acknowledge that picking the top draft pick is probably easier than picking the next SB winner….maybe? Betting on either of these two “props” is truly gambling without much handicapping.

BetMGM are way to early to the gate on this. Of course, Philly just won the SB and they have them on top. Glad I don’t gamble on these odds. Better chances in horse-racing.

Don’t count Baker and the Bucs out. Again, they will surprise everyone. Not long-shots at all.

If I lived in Vegas, I would drop $100.00 on that. Tampa Bay Winning Super Bowl LX.. I believe Vegas and betting on games will be the NFL/MLB/NHL/NCAA downfalls.

What will I win with my $100.00 on a +2000?

I’m glad I never found any pleasure in gambling.

GO!!!!!BUCS!!!!! WIN SUPER BOWL LX!!!!! Rusty has big feet and will need a new pair of waterproof Irish Setter boots….

I’ll take those odds. That’s a fun bet. Nice tidy win if you make it and you’re rooting for your favorite team.

$2000, I agree with you though that gambling is going way too far.

It does make the games more interesting though. Contradicting myself here but I was 1 yard away from Jahan Dotson making me $60 on a $1 bet (him to score a TD on the second eagles drive)

One more win than BM but the odds reflect that Baltimore ‘s team is better across the board.
Still remember the beat down they gave the Bucs last season and Bucs were too stupid to realize that 23 points down in a game with 6 minutes left on a team they couldn’t stop from scoring at will was over. Hell it didn’t cost Mayfield anything trying to act the Hero but it cost the team Godwin and cost Godwin leverage and probably a few million on his next contract during free agency.

  7. Tye Says:

The HC is one of the biggest factors and they know Bowels is one of the worst in the league…. Bad HC keep good players from the BIG Game…
    {Bucs are a great example}

    Tye

“The HC is one of the biggest factors and they know Bowels is one of the worst in the league….”

Then Tye you have your prop bet eh. Simply bet the under for Bucs wins.

Last season I got money down at 7.5 wins on the over and cruised to some easy Bucks.

Had I felt like you I of course would have LOST. If you’re correct this season perhaps you can invest some of the winnings on spelling lessons or maybe it’s typing lessons, or maybe comedy lessons.

  9. Kenton Smith Says:

stpetebucsfan, I’m betting Tye would take you up on that. Only one problem there. You can’t bet what you don’t have.

My early prediction is Bucs v Bills.
They both just have a couple spots to fill and should be able to do it easily.

Lions & Ravens are right there as well

David Says: “My early prediction is Bucs v Bills.” Agreed, that would be awesome!

  12. Buddha Says:

You could have had Eagles at about the same odds this time last year–before free agency.

  13. Aqualung Says:

With no changes to the defensive leadership and repeating the same failures only harder, this team will need 35ppg to make the playoffs.
