I’m in Jax and cannot watch the game. My perspective is much different than if I were watching. Bottom line, you cannot come out flat and be down against the Saints and Rattler at home unless you don’t have any leaders on defense which I believe is the issue. A coach can only do so much. It’s up to the players to execute with purpose and from I can see from afar is the team (not just defense) is missing player leadership.

Bowles is the softest most conservative coach in the league. In this era that is death. Every other team (aka Lions) tries to optimize every play. Todd with his decisions and play style literally costs the team multiple points every game.
Dan Campbell is probably 10 points per game better than Todd. That sequence right there is why. The right move is to go for it 100% of the time. Todd kicks it. Then plays so soft to guarantee the FG.
