Here Come The Steelers
September 25th, 2010In the latest TBO Bucs vlog, eye-RAH! Kaufman and Woody Cummings of the Tampa Tribune discuss the Bucs-Steelers game Sunday.
Among the subjects the duo touch upon are the relationship between Steelers coach Mike Tomlin and Bucs coach Raheem Morris, and who they learned defense from, the Bucs offensive line, Dick LeBeau’s defense and more.

Thanks for the Video Link Joe! There is much made about Tomlins links to Tampa, but you don’t see him running the Tampa 2 ? He runs the 3 – 4 Defense from Hell instead.
Tampa will have our hands full with them all day. I hope Greg Olson will figure out a way to beat it. I was watching some old game film when the Patriots beat the Steelers. They did it with screen passes, and quick throws to a receiver right on the line of scrimmage.
I have heard Huggins is going to start this game ? I hope he blocks and picks up the blitz better ?

Well I have to admit when comparing Eye-Rah and Roy to the Pittsburg duo of Dead and Deader the Tampa guys definately come out on top.
Hey Roy next week on the v-blog stop spooning the vanilla and get real. Please when you talk, look at US, the VIEWERS and stop turning right all the time – DISTRACTING!!!
Bring back Anwar…..

Make no mistake, the Steelers defense is not Tomlin’s. He’s a 43-kind guy. When he was hired he was smart enough not to monkey with LeBeau’s defense. You know, don’t tinker with what’s not broken? In fact, I’m sure the Rooneys wouldn’t have hired him unless he agreed to keep his hands off LeBeau’s defense, much like Dungy was not allowed to mess with Tom Moore’s offense in Indy.

Joe, I bet Steve Dumig remembers Dick LeBeau, since Dick played for the Detroit Lions ?
I moved here to Tampa in 1971 from Detroit, and I remember LeBeau. I think the Big Dog Steve Dumig is from Detroit too, originally ?
