Folks, can u imagine what our record would be if BA was still coaching this team. Leftwich n Bowles inherited a winning team n from a OC n HC perspective they both failed. Bowles placed blame on Leftwich but as u can see, Bowles is awful at clock management. We need a new head coach, plain n simple, n it don’t take Einstein to figure that out.

  2. BA’s Red Pen Says:

    • Little Confidence

  3. Casual Observer Says:

Little confidence also. His inability to handle pass D is the main reason.

  4. Cobraboy Says:

I was voting “little confudence” when casuals were voting “confident” after the Spark game.

One of my foitball coaches used to say ” nothing us as good or as bad as it seems.” Nut after a large body of work Bowles is a .500 head coach.

    Maybe some accept that.

    I do not.

More Bowles in ’25-’26 means mode middle- of-the-road .500 mediocrity.

I hope Bowles retires, Coen gets his shot, and he hires a DC with passion and low tolerance for crap.

  5. Buchen61 Says:

Im confident we will struggle for victories these next 2 weeks.

  6. First Name Greatest Says:

Once the Glazers realize they were duped by Arians for giving Bowles the keys to the franchise and his ceiling is 9 wins tops and he only wins against teams who have significant coaching flaws or are facing injuries to key players, the fans and team will be better off.

This team has struggled to defend the forward pass since Bowles has been here and it rarely gets better. Other teams defensive backs are in position to defend passes, rip balls out and actually intercept passes. Bowles is still baffled that defenders can actually be close to receivers.

    FIRE THIS CLOWN

He’s 25-24 with a pretty good roster. A better coach has this team in a MUCH better spot.

ZERO Confidence since he’s been gifted the job

  7. RustyRhinos Says:

Very Confident! This is the NFL “Any Given Game” and you could get hit in the mouth and Find out!!

    Keep them focused Coach Bowles!!!

    GO!!!!!BUCS!!!!!

  8. zzbucs Says:

I am confident on coach bowles….

This bi polar fan base, will never give you credit for lot of things, they just have eyes for negative stuff, that of course there some…..

They can´t realize that this roster has no depth on key positions, that important players like Winfield had simply a bad season and is on him and not on the coach, that the team is playing with only one inside LB with NFL level, that their´s no pass rush on this team not because of the system, simply because Yaya and JTS and Nelson arte just average players….That CB are really mediocre, that this roster had injuries on key positions….

Well, their have been some mistakes by the coach, no doubt about that…..

Let´s wait till the end of the season before making a final statement….but I still beleive on Bowles…..

  9. BucVoyager Says:

If we lose on Sunday, that should seal his fate.

  10. Buc4evr Says:

win or lose, always no confidence. the guy is not a good head coach and as far as a DC, he has nothing new. Other teams have his same old defensive schemes figured out plus he has continued to support players that should have been cut. ( not sure if this is Jason, Bowles or both?) Bottom line is that Bowles will never get this team to the SB.

  11. Curse of Gruden Says:

Totally confident that Bowles is a poor game manager.
If the Glazers/Licht can find someone better, replace him.

  12. ModHairKen Says:

Arians was far from the Saint people make him out to be. First, he hired Leftwich and Bowles. Second, he made his share of questionable coaching decisions. Third, he would have re-signed Jameis if Jameis had not been an idiot.

Bowles is one hot streak away from immortality. Can it happen? Sure. What team can’t the Bucs beat? Philly? Detroit? Done did it. KC? Played them close and on the road. Baltimore? Absolutely. They choke.

Wait for it to be over. If they crash and burn, bring in Pete Carroll. Or take a flyer on Coen. It’s a better bet than replacing Gruden with Rah.

  13. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Confident.

Because I’m confident he can win out. We all accepted weeks ago that we could lose one of the last four games…and now we have.

The Cowboys played a very good game. They played with emotion. They played smart. Well done.

The Bucs have to win out and hope the Falcons lose or tie at least one game in order to win the division.

I don’t know where we stand for a Wildcard spot.

If we don’t get in, I think we get a new coach. I suspect, barring abig name guy, Coen will be our new head coach. Not sure how I feel about that. Memories of Raheem and Koetter come to mind.

  14. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

Also, time !anagement only matters if games are close.

  15. Pewter Power Says:

What is this game manager talk all about? He brings no energy, he takes no responsibility for his own failures but calls out his players executions. His game plans are trash, his overall zone is dumb one of the worst passing defenses but top run defenses. Everything about screams mediocre and yep he can definitely be a head coach for the Bucs and we can definitely keep having average seasons but we can also do better. Don’t knock my opinion I won’t knock yours

  16. heyjude Says:

    Confident.

  17. jugheadfla Says:

confident….that Bowels should have been fired earlier in the season

  18. Joe in Michigan Says:

    Zero confidence.

  19. El HEFE Says:

with everyone hurt like this i still got a lil only because i believe in the teams willingness to be contenders

  20. Tye Says:

    Zero Confidence in Bowels!..
His resume suggests years of mediocre and he still make rookie HC mistakes…

Confident that his seat is white hot and will never cool down….
Confident that if he keeps his job it is the buddy system and lack of desire to be winners by the owners cause Bowels has done nothing to suggest he can coach a significant winning season….

  21. Buchen61 Says:

‘Bowles is one hot streak away from immortality’… This is why you shouldn’t do drugs

  22. Bucs4Ever Says:

    Everyone blames bowles.

    Licht’s defense stinks.

There is a noticeable lack of talent on defense

  23. Buchen61 Says:

Defense looked great against Detroit early in the season and it looked great against the chargers week before last. Problems with the defense run much deeper than the players. In 7 years Todd hasnt figured it out and im not waiting for 7 more… If i dont like a movie i get up and leave.

  24. Aceofaerospace Says:

Toilet bowels has got to go.

  25. DvaderZ51 Says:

    Food for thought…

I think we all agree BA was a great HC. So riddle me this… Iffff BA needed an OC & DC then why the H#$l have the Glazers and Light not required Bowles to have both as well. Bowles is a pretty decent DC. That’s how he got the HC job in the first place (both times). I think it would be safe to say that he would most likely do a better job at HC if that’s all he did. Likewise our defense would be better if he was a full time DC. So, demote him and hire a proven HC or fire him and hire one along with a DC. I love Liam, but promoting him to HC and expecting him to also be our OC is just setting him up for failure. Offer him some more cash to keep him if you must, but if you look at his resume he’s bounced around a lot. A stable job in the Florida sun, great owners and a stable of talent has got to worth something to him.

  26. Dom Says:

It’s so funny how much this poll swings week to week lmao. Fans are bipolar. I’ve been on Little Confidence since about week 7. Little or No confidence should have been the majority throught the season after Kirk Cousins hung 500 yards against us. Nothing that happens in these next coming weeks could change that fact. Coen for HC please

  27. JoRox Says:

We lost by 2 points thanks to Bowles giving Dallas 3 points before the half by calling timeout and giving them extra time on the clock. That is inexcusable. I couldn’t believe he did that. He’s had too many moments like that.
