Bucs-Ravens Monday Night Game Is Not Sold Out

October 21st, 2024

Lots of unsold tickets are available throughout the stadium tonight and it’s not just stray single seats.

Considering the weather report is excellent and the Ravens and Bucs are good teams with high-octane offenses, it’s safe to assume the sea of available tickets in The Licht House is a byproduct of impact from Hurricanes Milton and Helene.

The destruction runs wide and deep, as many residents of the Tampa Bay area see on a daily basis.

However, the ticket availability could be the high prices for this price-gouge night.

Joe sees unsold $144.00 tickets (plus fees) in the upper deck. Seats upstairs start on the secondary market around $116.00 (plus fees).

I’ll be down next week for Atlanta game and buying my $31 tickets.
    Go Bucs !

  2. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    Bidenomics

  3. Svenojado Says:

Demand for tickets this year has been weak, even before the storms, although I don’t think they help. Not sure what the driving factor has been.

  4. A Bucs Fan Says:

The Glazers have given a lot! What if they give the remaining tix to Bucs fans tonight to fill out the crowd? That would be special!

  5. BucU Says:

I’m imagining a big W tonight and next week against ATL. Dream big!

  6. gbobucsfan Says:

Vea is playing tonight! So is Barton and Palmer.

  7. BucVoyager Says:

Bucs fans have a lot better use of their money. Those that have power can watch it on tv

  8. tgoodwin Says:

Would Luv 2 c Glazer family make the seats available 4 the people at a much reduced price , even gifting to help fill up stadium for support for Tampa and what they have been thru and 4 Baker and the Bucs-they DESERVE a crowd!!!!!!

  9. Pryda30 Says:

    I’ll be there

  10. Sam Says:

almost as if people in the area have a lot other things to worry about and pay for than spending 500 bucks for 3 people to go see the game.

  11. SB~LV Says:

After two hurricanes and having to work tomorrow it’s tough , in 2024 .

  12. Casual Observer Says:

Tampa Bay Bucs Fan. You are correct.

  13. stone crab sam Says:

Perhaps if they accepted cash for tickets? Afterallall its not bitcoin, and it still is legal tender for all debts public and private…

  14. Teflon Don Says:

Ain’t no extra money for leisure in this economy thanks Joe!

  15. Danny Says:

The face value ticket prices for this game are also astronomically high. I think it’s less about the storms and more about the crazy high ticket prices.

  16. SB~LV Says:

I am 76 and saw their first game in 1976 and have had season tickets for 250 games +- . I am going to have to take a nap to make it through the night game.

  17. Matt_PcAfee Says:

I hope we don’t see a sea of purple tonight!

  18. Lol Says:

Not spending all that time and money for a late ass game and to deal with all that traffic. Ill be thoroughly enjoying the game from the comfort of my home. Ill be at the creamsickle game for sure though

  19. Crystal Ball Says:

too bad Rump and the Magats destroyed the economy. Maybe in a few years when it finally swings back around normal people will be able to afford games again

  20. BakerFan Says:

I am thinking Sterling Shepherd is going to have a big game tonight.

  21. aleyz2020 Says:

No sympathy for rich folks here!
I must be the only one buying my gas and groceries at the wrong place.

  22. Bucsalltheway Says:

Maxx Crosby can be had can we get a max Crosby and the bucs article? He only wants to play for a contender if we get him we are contenders the defense will fix itself at that point…Raiders defense keeps them in games and they are not as talented attacking offenses like we are at TIMES

  23. GP Says:

Someone’s crystal ball is cracked and foggy

  24. Bucs4Ever Says:

    No political dumbassery.

TWO hurricanes…people have a lot going on right now. Plus it is a school night.

SMDH at some of you people.

  25. Joe Says:

I hope we don’t see a sea of purple tonight!

If people are really concerned about what colors folks at the stadium wear, there are seats available for purchase to ensure the stadium is red.

  26. GP Says:

With the cost of tickets, parking, dinner, drinks, and 5 hours one way drive time (plus 5 hours+ back ).
I’d have to say that Hooters is the better option for me to watch the game.
I could probably buy a couple rounds for the house and still spend less not counting the drive time

  27. BakerFan Says:

What’s up Joe…. Crystal Ball makes a stupid comment and my comment gets blocked for calling it out? Maybe it should be his comment that gets removed not mine.

  28. Faspro Says:

    Yeah, Crystal, bad post…lighten up.

  29. A Bucs Fan Says:

@Bucsalltheway – it’s highly unlikely Max Crosby will go to Bucs.. I’d be ecstatic but in all reality IF he does get traded it will most likely be to the lions. He grew up a lions fan and posted a picture of his return to his high school field on social media and said he’s about to return home to win a ring…. That’s telling.

  30. Dave Pear Says:

Glazers should buy the unsold seats and give them away. Do something to help the community.

  31. heyjude Says:

Agree with Joe, Danny, SB, Sam, and others.

True – NFL ticket prices keep going up. Plus, you have the cost of parking, food, drinks, souvenirs… If you have a family on a strict budget, it’s a lot of money. It’s also a work and school night.

Helene and Milton did a lot of damage. People are still displaced, loss of food/power/water/phone service, fallen trees and poles, homes lost, excessive damage, clean up for months, renters at a loss, possessions lost, school/work missed, wages lost, and so many other burdens on top of it all.

Several people I know have lost everything. Put’s a lot in perspective. People needing to get different quotes, deal with insurances if they have it, putting their pride aside and asking FEMA and others for assistance, still paying their bills, and so much more while trying to keep afloat.

Doesn’t mean they will miss the game though. Watching or listening to the game can bring happiness to so many, forget about their problems for three hours. And if the Bucs win, that will be even more awesome! Go Bucs!

  32. Joe Says:

Do something to help the community.

$2 million in the past month to needy hurricane relief causes ain’t helping “the community?”

  33. BakerFan Says:

Why do poor people always feel the need to tell rich people what to do?

  34. Mike Johnson Says:

May God continue to bless my 80 inch TV with surround sound. Best investment I’ve ever made. I will be there..slightly intoxicated in my recliner watchin them Bucs Win.

  35. Crystal Ball Says:

Wow, didn’t think y’all would take the bait this easily. 😂 go touch grass

  36. First Name Greatest Says:

Two Hurricanes in a short amount of time is a real issue

Having a team that routinely gets trashed at home by good teams is another factor

Having an uninspiring Head Coach who can’t scheme up a pass defense to save his life might also factor in

  37. Jack Sparrow Says:

    TampaBayBucFan. —-> Fact Check: 💯 % True👍🇺🇸

  38. Stillabucsfan Says:

Cheapest ticket I found on vivid was about 120$ add 30$ to park, and maybe 50$ in food and drink and I’ve spent 200$ one night on myself. I think I need to save that for Christmas for the kids.

  39. jameswillie Says:

I would like to see Buccaneer ownership get ahead of the curve and make ticket prices, at least in the nosebleeds, reasonable. Lost revenue would be less than Jamel Dean’s salary this year. Ditto concession prices. Kudos to Arthur Blank for lowering concession prices at the Benz.

  40. Cobraboy Says:

    I despise week night games.

  41. GoneGator Says:

I don’t get “out” a lot but if I was remotely close to Tampa I’d be there

  42. USMC-BUC Says:

How about adjusting the price to something reasonable?

$115+40 fees +$25 for parking. God forbid you want to eat or drink anything.

Pretty steep for the cheapest seats in the house.

BS. I voted today, did you? BTW, I am an American Left-winger as in Futurist. I am also very politically active, and put my feet where my big mouth is. Our area has been ravaged by hurricanes. You know what they are? I am a devoted 45 year Bucs fan, and if anyone questions it, they are in trouble as in verbally. Go Mighty Bucs!! Score 75 points on the carrion from Baltimore.

  44. orlbucfan Says:

Owners need to give the extra tix away cos of all the hurricane trauma.

  45. David Says:

I was going to go but…. I do not know where Joe is looking but Ticketmaster, SyubHub, and TickPick all STARt at $200 for the upper deck corners. Joe published the post several hours prior to your comment. –Joe

Add fees and tax and parking…. that’s $485 for 2 before any food and beverages…

    No thanks.

  46. David Says:

Vivid’s cheapest is $165 right now and but their fees are more than tickmaster.

All sports and events are making it so the average person can go to a couple shows or sporting events a year and that’s it.

  47. David Says:

    ???????????????????????????????

    blocked

    every thing is blocked?

    WHY?

  48. DC Says:

$450 is the CHEAPEST I can get 2 tickets and park from ticketmaster, vivid, stubhub, or tickpick. That does not include food or drink.

Not happening. I will be at next weeks though.
Wish I could afford more than 1 -2 games a year, but this administration has made sure that is not possible the last couple of years.

  49. Oneilbuc Says:

I’m not surprised it’s a Monday and most people have to work tomorrow especially in the economy we living in today!!

  50. Oneilbuc Says:

Dave Pear. I agree 💯 percent brother the Glazers are to do that because they won’t miss the money at all. And my thoughts and prayers goes out to the city of Tampa because I know how y’all feel. We went threw the same thing when we got hit out here in Houston 2 months ago.

  51. BUCS4EVER Says:

    Let’s go Bucs!

  52. stpetebucfan Says:

    @ORLBuc

Amen brother! Again people could google if they wish to know the truth.

The United States is the undisputed heavyweight when it comes to the economies of the world. America’s gross domestic product in 2022 was more than 40% greater than that of China, the world No. 2. Even more striking, U.S. GDP was over five times that of the next two largest economies, Japan and Germany.Feb 22, 2024

I’m wearing a shirt right now that says Gratitude is my Attitude! USA..USA..USA

I love the Bucs, perhaps not as much as ORL since he’s been here a lot longer than me, and I doubt I measure up to Rod Munch who is a true football junkie and I say that with respect.

But I’m simply not that much in love to pay those kind of prices…parking?…a beer? We can all stop whining. The NFL ceased to get their major revenue from ticket sales back in the 60’s. It’s only gotten larger. Tickets are just the gravy and they’re free to price them as they please.

I’m free to watch on TV where they’re making their real money anyway. The NFL’s biggest fear is that empty stadiums make for bad TV. They don’t need the $$$ I’m not whining it’s free effing enterprise and they SHOULD be allowed to charge what they want. The other side of Free Enterprise is the consumer and we are just as free to avoid overpriced entertainment. IMHO.

    Idiot

Keep political BS out of the football conversation. Enough of that everywhere else.

  54. Mort Says:

Greed, hurricanes and a dispassionate fan base all make for what will be a pretty mediocre crowd on a big national stage. Sounds about right.

  55. Josh Says:

2 million to an NFL owner isn’t anything but penny’s so sorry Joe not impressed. Mark 12:41-44 I’ll leave it at that…

  56. stpetebucfan Says:

    Josh

I personally think you’re spot on. Most people avoid Jesus actual teachings in those parables because they’re awfully hard to live up to such high ideals. But I do not disagree.

I’m not about the pile on the Glazers however because with Culverhouse, and carpetbaggers like Stu Sternberg they look like great guys. And in reality they probably are but…money…we all want it but how much? They made an effort so I conclude with the major reason I don’t join in even though I agree with you.

Matthew 7:1-3 “Judge not lest ye be judged”. I do not know you Josh and the only thing I “judge” about you is that you’re a good poster. As for me at my age I’ve made sooo many mistakes driven by all the sins including all the 7 “Deadly sins” save perhaps for gluttony.

  57. orlbucfan Says:

It’s funny. I’m sitting at my desktop commenting on JBF with my headphones on, and Bucs Radio coming in loud and clear. I could get it on the tube as I live in Orlando, but I like the Radio guys much better. Man, I must have gone to dozens of games at Tampa Stadium and RJS, so I can see the action in my head. Glazers could have given the tickets away as a civic gesture to the hurricane disasters here this year. It’s their team, their decision. I just want the Bucs to win. GO BUCS!!

STFU Josh. Dumbazz. Let’s keep our religious dogma out of our football conversations here how about it…just like politics.

and I’m assuming you have inside info about the Glazers financial details?

  59. Buchen61 Says:

Crystal ball why dont you take your political add and go wipe your ass

  60. Josh Says:

I appreciate the efforts made, though I’m not particularly impressed. I’m in no position to judge, as I’m struggling myself. Just not alot of work right now. If I could make it down there to help with people’s electricity, I would, but finances are tight because of that.

While I acknowledge that they’ve done something, with a net worth of $1.7 billion, they could have considered giving away extra tickets to the community, for example. Ultimately, it’s their money and their team, so they can make whatever decisions they choose.

  61. 카지노사이트 Says:

It seems like there are still tickets available for the Buccaneers vs. Ravens Monday Night Football game at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa
