This has truly been a TEAM EFFORT. Mostly the O because they’ve possessed the ball and these two long drives in the heat could pay off big time in the 2nd half with a gassed Eagle D.
Baker has made some freaking amazing throws and the guys have CAUGHT all of them, that last throw and catch for the Palmer TD was just an AMAZING throw into the endzone with a covered receiver and Palmer makes a great catch despite good coverage.
Having said that my MVP so far is COEN!!! What an effin great game he’s called so far!!!!!

I think the timing was off because the WRs are exhausted.
You’re throwing in a rhythm generally, and clearly the timing was off. The Evans play was not a drop, that was on Baker, but the next play clearly was a drop.
Baker had a great first half though, no big deal if you’re off on a throw a bit, and again, it’s likely just a timing issue as all the Bucs WRs looked sluggish, the same thing Brady was pointing out.
But they could help out the WRs with some passes to the RBs, just let them block instead of running routes, that can help preserve their stamina a bit.

The Bucs were doing quick passes on offense when they had success… quick.
Baker has to get rid of that ball. It may not be his fault, it might be the calls, but he’s got to get that ball out of his hands faster. Use your RBs as receivers, they’ve been wide open on a lot of plays, and you’re not down big so you don’t have to push the ball downfield.
