Bucs win if Bowles doesn’t screw it up!

  2. MadMax Says:

    easy

Well, from what I can see so far, it looks like I’m predicting the Falcons to be the NFC south champions this year. Not because I don’t think the Buccaneers are better, but because that is the narrative that the NFL wants to create. If you have been watching any of the Falcons game, you have seen along beautiful catch get negated by a Steelers receiver on penalty and then a great sack fumble on Kirk cousins getting negated by penalty. It would seem as if the refs have, a mandate to make the falcons favored.

Kind of reminds me of the fact that Patrick Mahomes has not had one offensive holding penalty in any of his Super Bowls.

I’m not really sure, but what I do know is that Canales was not New Orleans ready……lol

  5. Rod Munch Says:

    Better win.

Looks like weather shouldn’t be an issue. Had an 80% chance of rain at the stadium location late last night, now it’s 30% of a passing shower, and doesn’t appear as if we’re getting much lightning either. So no excuses not to come out and manhandle the Redskins.

    Canabuc

The Watt sack fumble that got taken away gave ATL a TD the next play.

Replays shows, Right guard and TJ starting at the same time.

But for those of us who are only watching for entertainment understand the movie script has already been written.

  7. Casual Observer Says:

I think the Bucs will be fine. One of the more astute commenters here (not me) said some time ago that Licht has done a fine job of assembling a strong roster. Now it’s up to the coaches. There are two points of emphasis for them:

    1. Adjustability. Don’t take so long to adjust – away from strategies that aren’t working.

    2. Unpredictability. Don’t get too much into a predictable routine.

Goes for both the O and the D.

    Good advice, I thought.

Hope it all goes well. I think the Bucs are going to have a fine year. Starting today!

  8. Jerseybuc Says:

Guys see how great canals is doing.

  9. Rod Munch Says:

Are you idiots really ‘dunking’ on Canales at half-time of week 1?

    Wow, petty morons.

  10. WiseCrack Says:

lol, cant take away from Watts stats. Just bounce a ball off a motion man and let him recover it. No one will ever think, Watt the Watt!!!

  11. Jeffrey Becker Says:

hahah you guys are nuts. they might, but gimme a break. they lay so many eggs at home, underwhelm against lesser opponents, and are vulnerable due to injuries. maybe 60-40 or slightly better chances of winning

  12. Rod Munch Says:

One trend I’m seeing today is teams with new offenses that didn’t play their starters in the preseason look awful.

Not sure if playing 3 minutes and 5 seconds counts or not. I guess we’ll find out shortly.

  13. No Mercy Says:

The Failcons look super beatable we need to take advantage of week 1 and bet the dub if we lose and face Detroit next week that would be depressing asf

  14. Rod Munch Says:

Man, there is some bad football today. The lack of a real preseason is really showing. Just sloppy messes for the most part.

  15. WiseCrack Says:

    LOL

Dirty Birds are garbage, Brady’s cuz Curt is so so so good. Better than I was thinking.

  16. MadMax Says:

  17. MadMax Says:
