A head coach who retains said offensive coordinator despite the fact that that is all he’s produced for the entire season. Three repeated plays all season: run up the gut for 1 and 1/2 yards; wide receiver screen; tight end fade in the end zone probably 15 times for zero touchdowns; and finally, 0 targets to Mike Evans in the end zone where he thrives. 🤷🏻

I gave myself false hope that we might actually show up tonight… Our offensive line SUCKS, White is the only skill player who looks like he can run a sub 5 second 40 (we are sloooow), Shoyinka runs 15 yards upfield on every play, we seem to have forgotten how to cover TEs, and the coaching staff look as excited and motivated as people in line at the DMV. The biggest issue we have is our coaching staff not having the players ready, not having a game plan, and seemingly mentally checked out and planning off-season vacations in their heads. I feel bad for the guys who are actually playing hard…

This team is as poorly coached team as I have seen. On the INT, who called a play where all the receivers were in the same box? That is asinine. Either the play call was terrible or the players were all confused as to their routes. Even Tom looked confused on that play.

Not much Brady can do when your oline can’t block. Smith needs to retire. Leftwich and Bowles are bad. Why put White in their tight end when he can’t cover. Tight ends have killed us all season. Why not help Smith? He gets beat almost every passing play. Our interior dline is good but not much else. This may get ugly.

I swear it doesn’t even look like the offense practices as a team. I heard earlier in the season that the quarterback and receivers don’t do any one-on-one practicing. Thanks for at least giving us hope for a few years Brady. If you leave, I don’t blame you, but hopefully you want to finish here and can convince the Glazers to clean house. If not I hope we still clean house coaching wise, but we can keep the team together (somewhat) and get Carr to come. I feel like aside from a few guys, this team really lacked competitive fire all season. Say what you want, but losing nasty boy Suh and Jensen all year was a big reason for that if you ask me. I’m thinking Todd Bowles is a great guy that everyone likes and wants to see succeed, but he is just a good coordinator. There isn’t anything wrong with that, be who you are. Leftwich is probably the same in terms of being a good guy, only he has been the benefactor of Brady and isn’t a good coordinator. Imagine the bullet the Jags dodged last year by not hiring him.

It was great watching the Brady Bucs up til the Bowzo Blunder against the Rams. Bowzo ruined the team and it has been downhill since then. Only good thing from this game is that the coaching staff should all be gone..pretty hard to just throw lefty under the bus when the whole team doesn’t look ready for a playoff game. You can’t justify Bowles staying just because they fell into a division lead with a losing record. This team has too much talent.. I mean other than a leaky oline (someone block Larson’s).
