Little confidence because it seems like he’s blaming the players for not adjusting to his “defense first, play it safe” system. Good coaches adapt their systems to for their talent. Bowles inherited a high octane passing offense and he’s trying to make them something they’re not: a run first team that methodically works its way down the field.
Don Shula was a great coach because when he had Czonka, Kick, and Morris, he had a running team. Then, we he had Marino, he had a passing team. He didn’t make Marino hand off all game and he didn’t make Griese pass 40 times per game. Good coaches don’t marry systems. They date them until it stops working then they find another one.

The Bucs are playing a 3rd string rookie QB starting his first game.
If there’s one thing I know about the Bucs after watching them for 42 years, they will make rookie QBs look like world-beaters.

I voted no confidence. If you have a team this stacked and your 6-6 and 3 or 4 of your losses were to teams they ahould have crushed and would have with arians or payton or bienemy, you really need to take a hard look in the mirror son.

No confidence. Another thing is russell gage on this team? That has to be one of the worse moves in the offseason. Guy hasn’t done jack here to help our offense.

No confidence and I don’t want another defensive coach. Don’t want Eric Bienemy either. My preference would be an offensive coach from the Rams of 49ers

Zero confidence from me and I truly believe that we win a game every now and then in spite of this entire coaching staff. Coach Bowles is the leader of this clown show, so unless he proves me wrong, I want him and every other coach gone as soon as the season ends.

Absolutely no confidence as head coach. Can run a defense just fine. He’s going to get fired by next year because he is so passive on offense while being very aggressive on defense. SAD!

No confidence as HC. Don’t want to lose him as DC though. Our Bucs will be hard pressed to hire a DC of his caliber. Maybe why the Glazers and Licht are mostly just stfu on this topic.

I don’t know and have absolutely no clue as to why everyone is saying Tom won the game or the Bucs were gifted the game or Todd didn’t lose it! That game was won due to great Defensive play and a Greater Head Coach decision to punt on 4th down instead of going for it like Brady wanted! Turns out to be a game changer….putting the ball game in the hands of your defense to make a stop and get Brady another shot at the win! What a great coaching decision but no one is seeing it that way but it’s what I saw!

Still no confidence in Bowles cleaner.
His defense bends a lot and breaks a couple of times a game.
His offense is ugly and if he can’t see where the problem is he is only a DC.

Tap-out, you must have voted 130 times. Overruling the 4th down punt is something EVERY conservative coach would do, heck he did it on 4th &2 on the Browns 37 and this game 4th & 3 from Bucs 40. Defense??? They made Dalton look like Dan Marino. Ingram ran out of bounds because White DIDN’T cover him, luckily Hill couldn’t hang on to the ball and a drop by Landry are the ONLY reason Bowles super D didn’t cost the Bucs the game. Brady’s not perfect but haters need to get over themselves the guy is the only thing keeping this team relevant. Brady willed that win got his O charged up and guys made plays. That’s what real teams do. Do you EVER hear Brady or any player praising this HC shat head. I don’t!
