The problem with the Bucs passing attack is that the plays aren’t leveled. It’s all verts or all intermediate/short routes.
Short, middle and deep options on a pass play don’t exist for the Bucs offense.

Back in the 80’s, we went into the season knowing we stunk. Talking draft in October. Now, this is worse because this team is light years more talented than those rough creamsickle days. In fact, I watch most weeks us lose to a team much less talented than us. there’s only 1 overall reason that happens. Coaching. Crazy things happen here and there but we have consistently lost to bad teams. Grow a pair Glazers. It has to happen. A message needs to be sent to this team. There’s no energy. The best player on this team doesn’t even get passes thrown to him. The best QB of all time can’t complete passes downfield. That doesn’t just happen. It tales a pathetic coaching staff to make that happen.

We don’t even try to score. If you don’t throw 5+ yards downfield you need 15 play drives to score. That isn’t sustainable. Penalties, sack, bad pass, or a run for loss basically ends the drive.

And I am not sure who but someone told Darden just run as fast as you can for the sidelines. If they didn’t approve of it they would have pulled him a long time ago. That last punt was a killer. It would have been a big momentum builder if they went for it and made it. Instead everyone watching the game was just reminded how bad the coaching is
