Tom Brady Should Get Bucs To 30 Points Today

October 9th, 2022

Ready to slaughter the lambs?

This game is too easy to predict. That’s the word from a popular columnist and podcaster for the league.

Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com thinks the stars align today for Tom Brady to go wild on the Dixie Chicks. Not only is their defense soft, the defense run by mouthy Dixie Chicks defensive coordinator Dean Pees is a virtual sitting duck for Brady.

The Falcons have been a get-right game for Tom Brady in Tampa, but he might’ve quietly gotten right a week ago despite the loss to the Chiefs. The return of Chris Godwin had Brady throwing more confidently to the middle of the field. Dean Pees’ blitz packages are too easy for Brady to dissect and the Falcons don’t like to play from behind. Even with Tampa’s run defense far off its usual pace, the Bucs roll. Look for Brady to top 30 against Atlanta for the fifth straight time.

Atlanta doesn’t like to play from behind because it cannot play from behind. Only one team has a worse percentage of catchable passes than the Dixie Chicks and that’s the bungling Bears.

Simply put, runaround gimmick quarterback Marcus Mariota is in the wrong league. He’s a CFL star but a glorified back in the NFL.

Joe doesn’t know how the Dixie Chicks could win a shootout unless the Bucs keep gagging up the ball. Score early and score a bunch and this game is over.

Hope somewhere stubborn Bymron is realizing how to do this so Tom doesn’t have to just grab the wheel.

Forget about the strict TB12 diet!
Make sure VV has at least 3 cups of strong coffee and an extra large energy drink before game time.

    34-10…

    maybe 34-13

Hope the Bucs aren’t reading this article. Last week the Bucs had been told so much about how great the defense was that they thought just their mere royal presence would stop the Chiefs. Now they are being told they may blow out the Falcons. The Bucs just don’t play well as front runners, they play much better as underdogs.

How many times will the Bucs run it up the gut on first down? That will tell the story!

Hope last years Bucs show up this week. Sputtering offense and porous defense are alarming! Hoping for a breakout game but nervous. Is it the coaching (game planing, play calling) or execution?

  7. Pewter Power Says:

Nobody care about running up the score on sorry teams. Do it to chiefs like they did us or Green Bay or rams or any of the top teams in the game right now.

Teams are so much better when they can run for a first down from time to time something we can’t seem to do. This is the reason people want Odell because we can’t run well

  8. John Sinclear Says:

Really think Tom will get more than one offensive TD this week? That’d be nice for a change!!

Update: He threw over 50 times and Bucs scored 21.
