Bruce Arians Talks No-Huddle, No-Fear Bucs
December 7th, 2021Bucco Bruce Arians took fans into the his mind during the Hooters radio postgame show Sunday.
You like that all-pass, 13-play touchdown drive to open the game? So does Arians.
The Bucs came out firing, all those passes and a no-huddle offense. Arians said it was about being confident the offensive line could dominate.
“We came into the game really thinking out protection would be outstanding against these guys and force them to blitz us,” Arians said.
The head coach went on to explain that only missing wide open guys slowed the Bucs offense in the first half (sans the stunning pick-6 that closed the half).
On the up-tempo, no-huddle offense he Bucs have been using over the past few games, Arians said it’s very much about dictating the defense’s personnel groupings and, he added, the Bucs have been calling plays effectively in those situations.
“It’s been very, very successful for us — run and pass,” Arians said.

They’re just figuring this out?
I miss the up the gut for one yard days

One thing I really don’t like is the empty backfield sets on 3rd & 2….3rd & 3…..it makes absolutely no sense…….Fournette should always be a run option…..Brady can always dump to him.

Our next opponent is the Bills here in Tampa.
Both the Patriots and the Colts ran all over them, so perhaps we should become a power running team for our next game ?
Like Joe says, the Bills will be a desperate team, when we play them.
They have lost 2 in a row, and are trying to keep pace with the AFC.

I think they have been hiding some cards until the end of the season. This was one of the cards
December 7th, 2021 at 10:00 am
Robert, agree that this is sad they are just realizing this
We are unstoppable when Brady has time, what better way to keep the defense gassed and off balance to run no huddle once we pick up a first down
It’s demoralizing for the other team as well
We are absolutely loaded at all position groups to be able to rotate guys in throughout the game.

We’ve still got a very beaten-up defense & a lot of guys not really playing at 100%. Looking at the past few games, can see Todd Bowles rotating guys a LOT more than he did earlier in the season. Smart strategy IMO to try to keep guys who might be hurting as fresh as possible throughout the game.
Still, it’ll be really helpful if our offense takes command of the game early & shows the Bills what the phrase ‘exert your will on your opponent’ really means. I like what Indy did to the Bills, scoring 41 pts & keeping the ball for almost 38 minutes in the process.

I love the backhanded shots BA drops. Missed passes to wide open guys??? How about bad routes and dropped balls and horrible play calls. Oh my God, Bucs ran a no huddle offense with the best QB to play the game. BA is light years behind Brady. I can’t stand this guy. He reminds me of the little prick in school who always caused problems and would get his ass kicked every day but while getting up off the ground bloodied and beaten would say that all you got ahole? Just doesn’t know when to shut his mouth.

DR, Pat’s #1 tackler was out with covid last night and some guy name Bryant took his place in the secondary, never seen or heard of him before but he came up big in the game. It’s called coaching.

gotta gree with list on BA…

They have been successful all year in hurry up
Thank goodness they finally realize this ?
When you get that grouping you want. Just go hurry up from there
No matter when/ what quarter. Unless we are up big and want to run clock
And at home noise will not be problem
Brady can run this in his sleep

Do we have ANY formations that have Fournette and Rojo in the backfield at the same time? Would love to try that out

Belichek is soooo much better than Arians. Makes him look like a high school coach
December 7th, 2021 at 12:05 pm
The no huddle is a spot thing. You can’t wear your offensive line out by overdoing it. Not many subs to rotate on that O line.
December 7th, 2021 at 12:15 pm
Lolo …
Yes … Belicheck is a better coach than Arians.
In fact … Belichek is better than practically every NFL coach ever.
But … BA is better than practically every Tampa coach ever.
As you’re likely a new transplant with TB12, look up Dirk Koetter, Lovie Smith, Greg Schiano, Raheem Morris, Richard Williamson, Ray Perkins, Leeman Bennett, and John McKay.
You’ll understand why we like BA a lot.

LoLo is coo coo for coco puffs. Another dumb comment from a clueless poser fan.

Lolo … ‘Belichek is soooo much better than Arians. Makes him look like a high school coach’.
Hmmm, and yet BA walked away with the Super Bowl last year while Belicheck went 7-9. Hmmm, strange, very strange.
December 7th, 2021 at 6:16 pm
DR, he also went 12-4 the year prior with a bad team, BA went 7-9 with a pretty decent team.

Never mind the FACTS… DR -BA SB Winning Coach-
List just wants to complain and cry, as we all see, it’s his the daily dribble, lol try to enjoy your day List, even though you seem to like sour milk. lol
GO BUCS!!!!
December 8th, 2021 at 6:48 am
Listnfrmafar . The Patriots had the number 1 defense in 2019 what are you talking about?? We have already seen what Brady done with the 2019 bucs and we lost both games . He threw pick 6’s and you got the same results in both games that you did in 2019. All your false narratives has been destroyed . Then I heard Belichick didn’t develop Brady and how he can’t do nothing without Brady and look now Mac Jones looks like a young Brady and the Patriots are the number 1 seed in the AFC . And at the same time that’s why yall crying for AB and Gronk because without them we ain’t winning.
