Brady Named NFC Offensive Player Of The Week
October 13th, 2021As well as Tom Brady is playing, on pace for 6,011 yards and 51 touchdowns, this doesn’t even feel like news.
But Brady officially has been named NFC Offensive Player of the Week. (Not the award sponsored by a shipping company.)
Bucs punter Bradley Pinion won Special Teams Player of the Week to start the season, and safety Mike Edwards earned the major defensive honor for his two interceptions in Week 2.
Now Brady gets this award for the second time in his Tampa Bay career. The last time was Week 4 of 2020 for his five-touchdown, comeback-win against the Chargers.

Tom Brady is outstanding as a Quarter Back leader because he loves playing football and motivates his players. Look at the greatest that Antonio Brown had last week against Miami. AB is very close with Tom and does everything possible to win the games as does all other players on the Bucs team. That is why it will be very difficult for any other team to defeat the Bucs ever though Tom Brady is 44 years old and AB is age 33, because the team motivation is beyond highest in the NFL. Even though Tom Brady hurt his thumb las week he will still play the very best he can because he loves playing with the Bucs, team!

He should be named the GM & Head Coach of the week too

That makes this his 32nd Offensive Player of the Week award which is the most all time (Peyton Manning has 27). The next closest active players are Ben “Dad Bod” Roethlisberger and Aaron “need Midol” Rogers. Does anyone doubt TB12 will be on that list again this season?

before the season i thought tom could def throw 51 tds because that equals out to 3 on average per game…totally doable…
then i said if he straight balls the fugg out he could play with the 60 figure…
that’s kind wild, but 50-55 is somewhat realistic…
last year he averaged 2.5 per game in the reg season, so 3 a game is not out of the question if he and the his guys stay healthy

4 TD passes and TB12 will be the ONLY QB to throw for 600 TDs. 3 other QBs in history have +500

A living legend. We are in rare times, fellow Bucs fans.

When I was a kid I always thought these big deals. The the team got good under Dungy and I stopped caring. It’s hard to go back to caring since we all know it’s an award just based on the box score – and I already have fantasy football that covers that.

Lamar Jackson of the ravons should have taken it.
His Monday night game was the best game I’ve watched all year.

I’m guessing that when those awards show up at Brady’s house, he doesn’t even bother to open the box. He just stacks it on top of the other 5 million or so awards he’s won.

My boy Tom keeps his awards in the house next door which he buys at same time as the one they live in. when my guy retires he will take his family on a 5yr vacation at least till the Canton ceremony. Then he will either become a GM or a offensive co-ordinator.

PS. There’s also a chance he can talk Giselle into buying a team. Nah I don’t think she’ll go for it!
