Four Bucs On The Injury Report

September 15th, 2021

Shaq Barrett (back), Antonio Brown (knee) and Jordan Whitehead (hamstring) all were full-go at practice today. The Barrett “injury” was fresh news, as he was not on the official injury report with Brown and Whitehead last week.

Bucco Bruce Arians already has said Whitehead will play Sunday, his 2021 debut.

New to the 2021 injury report is Jason Pierre-Paul with a hand injury. He was “limited participation” today.

Joe always worries about a bending and violent pass rusher like Shaq having a back issue, but there’s no reason to think it’s serious.

    Nice
Both pass rushers on the injury report.
Tryon can’t get better quick enough.

Like JPP has never had a hand injury before.
Put it in a cast and let him hunt.

Looks like Atlanta will be pass heavy as well as bad as their RBs are.
Maybe those injuries are intended to make teams question whether to run?

    @ Joe

Do you know if it’s JPP’s firework holding hand that is injured or is it the non-firework holding hand?

  3. Robert Says:

hopefully last week was a wake up call

  4. Medicated Pete Says:

Don’t push any of these guys to play this week. Whitehead max 20 plays. We need them vs Rams then Pats. Bucs offense should be able to score as many points as they need vs Falcons

Hate hearing about Shaq BUT …

    don’t mind seeing more JTS!!!

  6. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Depending on which hand with JPP…..it could be a half of a hand injury….

  7. Unmedicated Pete Says:

Pete seems to have everything under control

  8. David Says:

They all seem minor to me.
They got out of the first game pretty unscathed other than SMB.
    Step it up Dean!!

That was a tough game on the defense. Iā€™m glad they had a few extra days of recovery.
