Getting Sabby The Goat Off The Field
April 10th, 2010Joe admits to enjoying a couple of Caybrews last night after watching the Rays slap around the Yankmees. Joe hopes this is repeated throughout the weekend series.
But nothing brought about a chuckle to Joe more than the following piece:
In a slightly dated column by CBSSports.com’s Pete Prisco, he noted some of the best bets to be selected by the Bucs later this month in the draft, and why they would be a good fit for the Bucs.
Prisco offered the name of LSU safety Chad Jones. Why? Joe will let Prisco explain.
It would get Piscitelli off the field.
LOL! Sabby the Goat is so horrid, the only reason to draft a player isn’t that the player would make the Bucs a better team or that said player might gel in the Bucs’ defense, but the lone reason to draft a guy is to get Sabby the Goat off the field.
That’s how bad Sabby the Goat constantly shat on the field last year.

“That’s how bad Sabby the Goat constantly shat on the field last year.”
F’n hilarious Joe! Impeccable use of the word shat.
Shabby Suckatelli is a piece of shat! 🙂

You are forgetting that the Dream is fixing him this offseason.
On the other hand, in Hindu they sacrifice goats to appease the sky God. Perhaps that works with the NFL God also.

Is the news really this slow right now ?

I guess everyone wants to point to just one reason why the bucs defense was so bad. I personally blame the D-line that was doing their best impression of turtles on their backs. I am not saying that Sabby is a starter. Just saying their is more pressing issues.

Thanks Tommy Boy. Joe appreciates the compliment!

I agree with Tommy. Horrid, off the field, shat. LOL

Well, a franchise that enjoys spending money on players as much as people enjoy root canals actually spent a few cents on safety Sean Jones when they weren’t even forced by league rules to do it.
Don’t expect the Bucs to invest a premium pick on a safety. Chad Jones could be a Buc if he fell to the 4th round IMHO.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned Sean Jones. Sabby is already off the field, unless Sean Jones pulls a Crowell. I expect the Bucs to take a safety before their pick in the 5th round. I fully believe Sean Jones is just a stop-gap until their draft pick is ready or Sabby develops beyond something resembling a wet noodle.

I guess I didn’t read Tom’s message. Eh. I agree with Tom, aside from the comparison between spending and dentistry.

Piscatelli must be banging that slut sis of yours. How ya like that asshole?

If you can dish out, you should be able to take it.

Joe here,
Jackson – Not sure who you’re speaking to, but if it’s Joe, he welcomes all quality sister and mother jokes. However, Joe’s sister and mother aren’t in the public eye like Sabby The Goat working in industries in which they should expect public insults and scrutiny, so it’s a little different don’t you think? And frankly, Joe will be face to face with Sabby The Goat in a matter of months, and Joe never has a problem introducing himself. Sabby The Goat probably has no problem with the nickname and is likely eager to redeem himself and get a new one.
