Ira I get why you live in Tampa Bay the weather is great most of the time year round. But now with being able to work from home my question is why don’t you just go and write for the team that you REALLY love? The Chiefs. Seriously how can you write about the Bucs with any creditability since they are not your favorite team? A little self honesty goes a long way.
You keep changing your screen name to type the same thing. Ira is a big Bucs fan. Ira also is a Chiefs fan for the last 55 years. It’s ok to be a fan of two teams. It really is. Joe knows people who pull it off. Some might say Ira has more credibility writing about the Bucs since he’s not a lifetime fan and because he spent years in traditional journalism where fandom was taboo. –Joe

Don’t get why cheering for 2 teams is a big deal. Grew up in Washington state and will always cheer for the Seachickens….. Unless they’re playing my Bucs! Bucs have been my team for so many years now I can’t remember when it started. So I say enjoy multiple teams if they mean something to you. It’s not like either team gives a sh$t what I think anyway! 🤣😂😆

Been a Bucs fan since I was 10 in 1976.
When I moved to Ohio in the 90s I had an alternate team in the Steelers.
I see no reason a person can’t have an NFC team and an AFC team. Where your true loyalty lies if said teams were to meet in the Superbowl is up to you.
I am however suspect of those that have two teams in the same conference.
