“No uncle.”
Devin White was talking about the Bucs quarterback this week. And it had nothing to do with a palm tree in Jacksonville.
White hopped on “Undisputed,” one of those FS1 hollering shows. There, co-host Shannon Sharpe asked White if he was surprised if Tequila Tommy turned into the uncle at the barbeque who doesn’t have a stop button when it comes to liquor.
White laughed and said no because Brady really is part of the team. That’s partially what impressed White so much about Brady.
Brady could have his own private locker and after a game go straight home to his family, White said, but instead Brady hangs out in the locker room with fellow Bucs.
“He ain’t no uncle,” White said of Brady. “He’s one of us.”

It is very very important that the core of this team is retained, both young like Godwin and Shaq and not so young like Lavonte. Bucs need to have a winning tradition post Brady era and the only way that is possible is by retaining players that have experienced success at the highest level. Brady has proved that culture and belief is more important than talent when it comes to winning.

SkyBucsfan I will tell you this I don’t know what would have happened . Because it all depends on play calling and will it be no risky no biscuit with no running game . Are would they have given him the same running game that they gave Brady and more short to long passes type of passing plays ? But I do know this when the next young quarterback comes in if they give him the same playbook with no running game . And tell him to throw 45 times a game up field and blame him for every lost regardless how the team plays ? Then you will get the same results you got from Jamies and every quarterback that this team ever drafted and didn’t develop. Go bucs !!!

2018 jameis – 39.1. 4th overall
2019 jameis – 39.4. 4th overall
2020 brady. – 38.2. 6th overall
So not sure the whole …no run…had to pass to much pressure argument

Youngbucs I did say superbowl or bust while yall where saying it don’t have to be . I believe in the team more than yall did and this was not the no risk it no biscuit offense . How many games Brady threw under 300 yards ? How many carries did Rojo have last year vs this year ? How many yards did Rojo have last year it more carries and more rushing yards . How come Mike Evans was the only wr get a 1,000 yards on the team if it’s the same playbook? Last year our defense was trash because it was the first time running a 34 defense. The defense won games for us last season . And how many they lost with Jamies in 2019 ? I know the Gaints, Seahawks, even rams put up 45 against the defense and how about the kicking . Who gave up games because of miss kicks . At the end of day it’s call team . And again ain’t no goat in team sports . I’ve seen better quarterbacks than Brady . Is some modicum of grammar too much to ask here? Use some basic English. Write in complete sentences. Have the verb and noun agree.
Why was the running game more effective this year? First, the team did not have to overcome an INT on the 1st play of the game or a pick 6. Second, Brady’s passing made the Defenses respect the run. Jameis would have thrown another 30 picks this year. Wait until next year. You’ll see. If he even earns the starting job.

I will say this the thing that I like about Brady is he knows it’s a team sport and he has always given his team mates credit for winning games . It’s the media and you sheeps that believe he is the only reason why they won . I’ve liked Brady more than Payton Manning because of that one thing .
