Another NFC South Endorsement
February 6th, 2021A receiver who caught 12 balls for 216 yards and a touchdown against the Bucs this season, but struggled against the Chiefs, weighed in on the Super Bowl defenses yesterday.
One might think Panthers third-year stud receiver D.J. Moore (3,100+ yards in his first three seasons) might lean toward the Chiefs, as he had his worst game of 2020 season against them (18 yards). But that’s not the case.
Asked about the Super Bowl defenses on CBS Sports Radio, Moore was emphatic that the Bucs are a clear cut above.
“The Bucs bring a lot of energy, but so do the Chiefs. But the Bucs bring a lot of energy and they back it up with physical play and speed that they have at linebacker,” Moore said. “And then on the back end they’re still tough and just getting after it.”
Joe finds it very interesting that Moore and Cameron Jordan, Sean Payton and Matt Ryan are all leaning Bucs in tomorrow’s Super Bowl, all NFC South teams that played Kansas City this season.

NFC south players and more importantly Gorgeous Kay ! What more do we need in our corner ?
February 6th, 2021 at 1:07 am
Of course when a team gets beat they want to get beat by the best

The 3 key players on D the last 5 or so weeks have been JPP, Shaq Barrett and D white. (And Yes can add SMB)
But why hasnt Lavonte David stepped up in this way? Were gonna need to play better on Sunday because his pass coverage has been shaky.

Everyone gets in line for the GOAT- Thats what we’re seeing with all these endorsements. I know many of them are about our defense and I believe the respect they are giving, but I think it’s the overall GOAT effect.
This guy’s a wizard and he’s got the whole world under his spell.
I hope it works for at least one more game!!
GO BUCS
LET’S GO!!

“Endorsements” are nice and all, but the scoreboard still reads “0-0”.
GO BUCCANEERS!!!

LVD has been busy player coaching Devin White. It’s paying off in spades. LVD is so psyched about this game along with WGholston and ME13, the trio can’t see straight. You can bet all the booze consumed during Gaspirilla that they will come out major ballin’.

I said I was going to say this every day until game time. “Double Tyreek Hill and hit Kelce at the line to disrupt his timing”
February 6th, 2021 at 7:50 am
Not as much worried about Hill because we let him rip us for over 200yrds in the first half and still only lost by 3 – Hill will get his yards
Kelcey is someone we need to keep in check and if Mohomes gets outside we need to rally to the ball and get some hits on him
TOs will be a key to winning this game as well as negative plays like sacks!!

The NFC South has the mentality of a SEC team that’s why. Our South foes know we’re the more physical team this Sunday. The Bucs are Bama, The Chefs are Ohio St.

Speaking of endorsement, I just heard about the Super Bowl ad that won’t play because of corporate conflicts. Verizon is the official NFL sponsor… but Google for the Tom Brady banned ad… Brady and Gronk… hilarious and ironically the forbidden fruit will benefit from being “banned “ from airing during the game.

@Hodad Right on with the analogy!

I don’t take any stock in divisional players/coaches opinions, kinda covering their a@@es for the L’s. Watched week 12 this morning. I thought KC may have taken it easy the second 1/2 but my view has changed, you could see the concern in the players and coaches faces as the Bucs started to crawl back. I also saw the D fluster Mahomes a bit at the end. I will say this Davis S@#KED! He cannot cover Hill. A quicker start and a few early Def stops I see this going Bucs way.

Robby Anderson gave us props too and picked us to win on NFL Network yesterday

Chris K…lol I’m glad someone called out his silly ass.

Pass rush will win this game. The team that can apply pressure on 3rd down and get off the field will win.
Both teams can score, it’s going to be all about who can get stops and who can force a turnover.
February 6th, 2021 at 12:51 pm
The difference is our defense is far superior to the Chiefs. We wil get the necessary stops.

Really doesn’t mean much to me – all these guys have to play the Bucs again, and the last thing you want is to be the idiot who says the Bucs would lose, only to have them win, then face them twice next year. The PC thing is to side with the team in your division, not that predictions mean much of anything.
The only prediction that worries me is Chris Simms – he’s not as dumb as he sounds and gives some quality views on things in my opinion. Him and dumb Florio were the only two national media guys I heard pick Tampa to win in GB, as well as picking the Bucs vs the Saints. Simms thinks that the Bucs will just get eaten up by the Chiefs and it won’t be particularly close. He was all over the Bucs before this in the playoffs, but just thinks the Chiefs are clearly a step above the Bucs due to Mahomes just being too hard to stop. Unlike most national media guys, Simms seems to actually do more than watch highlights and look at box scores, so it’s concerning to hear his comments. Hopefully he’s wrong.
