The Earl Of Watford Returns

Earl Watford is back.
It is one of the more famous names bestowed upon a player by the Sage of Tampa Bay sports, the King of Pasco County, the Custodian of Canton, internationally-famous JoeBucsFan.com columnist Ira Kaufman.
Last year on one of his podcasts, Ira deemed offensive lineman Earl Watford “The Earl of Watford.”
So it was said, so it shall be.
Watford was home watching football games last week like you and Joe were. And then right guard Alex Cappa fractured his ankle. Dudes with bum wheels can’t really play offensive line.
So that set in motion Watford’s return to the Bucs, made official today as Cappa was placed on injured reserve ending his season. The roster opening went to Watford, who at 29 years old last season made five starts for the Bucs but could find work in 2020.
This time of the year teams cannot be picky. It isn’t so much being the most talented guy walking the sidewalk, it’s being the guy who probably knows the offense/defense and be the quickest to fill in.
Joe’s not saying Watford lacks talent, but his experience with Bucco Bruce Arians was a major factor in getting signed.
That, and he was available.

Yaay! Not.
I feel bad for Cappa. He’s got to be experiencing a wide range of emotions right now.
At this point, I’d feel bad for anyone who gets injured. Been a long season and most of them earned the right to be there.
Wattford won’t be starting will he?

The Earl Of Waterford is way out of shape, and is ONLY here as insurance, in case someone goes down.
Doubt he will ever see the field

Bonzai, Stinnie is starting. Watford is only there for depth in case someone else goes down.

Thank you for the platform Johnny someone is listening. Yes the Earl is back I got faith In Stinnie though. Watford should have been practice squad material after Ali went down. Thank you Jason
