Three Starters “Limited”

January 14th, 2021

Injury report.

Four key Bucs starters, including two targets for park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring, down-forgetting, handshake-stiffing, jet-ski-losing, biscuit-baking Bucs quarterback Tom Brady, were limited in practice today as they prepare for the slimy Saints in the division round of the NFL playoffs.

Carlton Davis (groin), Mike Evans (knee), Chris Godwin (hip/quad) and Ronald Jones were all limited. Jason Pierre-Paul did not practice at all, but that is likely his weekly veteran’s day off.

Shady McCoy, who is battling an undisclosed illness, was able to fully practice.

Of note for the slimy Saints, cornerback Patrick Robinson (hamstring) did not practice. Defensive end Trey Hendrickson (neck), tight end Jared Cook (back) and tackle Terron Armstead (elbow) were all limited.

According to rotoworld, Taysom Hill and Latavous Murray DNP…

  2. the_end Says:

Still the end of the road although I hope not. We just are not capable of beating this team. Maybe the loud mouth bleeding heart Cam Jordan is right. But I really hope not.

  3. Kentucky Buc Says:

Gamesmanship. Plain and simple. Oldest one in the book. I’m sure some guys are dinged up but everyone’s playing this week. I personally think they held Rojo out last week for this game. We shall see.

  4. DBS Says:

Hill another trick to get Bowles to fall for. He will show up Bowles better not fall for the trick plays again.

  5. unbelievable Says:

Taysom Hill has straight owned our entire defense every game this year. They look like they are afraid to even breathe on him.

    It’s beyond embarrassing.

Bowles better have them prepared this time, or things will get ugly real quick.

  6. Godlovesbucs Says:

If we lose, i want it to be because brees was able to throw td passes for over 40 air yards. Force him to throw deep by taking away the run and playing press coverage.spy kamara with LVD and bring white on a 5 man rush. Cant stop everything, but do everything you can to take away what they are good at, run and short pass.

  7. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Put Devin White on Brees, Hill & Kamara…….opps….guess that doesn’t work…..

God: if we lose I think Bowles should be fired. Where’s that article?

  11. BA4President Says:

Why’s the headline say 3 starters and then the first sentence says 4 key starters?

  12. Sourbob Says:

BREAKING: Bowles heading with family to Disney today for 2 day break, will be back in New Orleans in time for the game.

  13. alton green Says:

what’s he driving? what color is it?

  14. Godlovesbucs Says:

Tampa: they have a great offense, not many defenses have the ability to stop them. If bowles puts a plan to stop what they do best then win or lose thats his job. But if they allow 5 yard slants and quick outs all game long because there is a 10 yard cushion, then he needs to go.

  15. Bird Says:

    Some good news

Saints will be 100 mil over the cap for 2021 cap
    Article on bspn
Not sure how that is physically possible but huge turnover for that team regardless of this weekends outcome

Again , i just think our defense has to many holes this year ;but that can be fixed for next year
But Brady has made this season so much fun. I wouldnt bet against him and offense.

Regardless of outcome i think next year we could have better record ( we play nfc east which is huge as we just took down their best team and afc dolphins division )

    Go bucs!

    _________

Tom Coughlin was the coach. Parcells left the Giants almost 20 years before that game.

Worthless article. Half of it is the QB moniker BS. Stupid as he11. Bad and incomplete info. Wait for the real stuff.

  25. Roy T. Buford Says:

Joe owes readers nothing, but when he writes a crap article as this, feedback is warranted. Here’s the report. Duh!

Of note: There is a lot more WRT this injury report than “Carlton Davis (groin), Mike Evans (knee), Chris Godwin (hip/quad) and Ronald Jones were all limited.” WTF?

  27. Owlykat Says:

Jam the ends and throw off their timing so the short passing game is out of rhythm; then forcing slower passing; giving us time for sacks. The Saints think they are so good they will win the Super Bowl this year. Time to CRUSH their dreams and move up in the playoffs.
