Hall Of Fame Afternoon From Tom Brady

November 15th, 2020

Despite being victimized by several drops today against the punchless Panthers, Tom Brady cranked out a masterful performance that may be his best in a Bucs uniform.

Brady cruised to 341 yards passing on 28-of-39 passing (72 percent) with three touchdowns (a fourth wasn’t squeezed) and no turnovers. He even ran for a score and flashed more mobility than usual.

Joe loves how Brady righted the offense’s ship after two weeks of sputtering. The Bucs were desperate for his leadership and big-play ability today and it was there from the opening whistle.

The Bucs did not punt!

This is why the Bucs signed Brady.

And now his receivers are healthy. And it’s nearing the Brady time of year.

Joe thought the Bucs forced the ball to Antonio Brown in the first half and then it seemed like Brady went back to just doing what he does best, hitting the open man and being smart.

Brady is now on pace for 37 touchdown passes against 11 interceptions. … He’s also on pace for 11 wins.

Brady was off on quite a few of his passes when they could have been better and not need a fantastic catch from the teceiver

Let’s see……3 plus 46 equals 49 divided by 2 equals 24.5 points per game over the last two……OK but below our average…..

The only time I felt like they forced to Antonio brown is when they did the fake end around but Brown was wiiiiiide open on a deep post that Brady would like to have back. Town made huuuuge catches in the second half too. All 3 receivers were clicking, ready was clicking. Masterful performance by all, and I’m proud of how this team was able to respond

As some have pointed out, Brady wasn’t perfect today (who is?) – but he was Tom Terrific.. That’s all we can ask for. Keep it up.

  7. Wesley Says:

Should of had 2 or 3 more T.D..

  8. EA Says:

Tom Brady can go as far as the play of the O-line

It takes a half a year for someone to get comfortable in an Arians offense…is this what we’ll see going forward from the offense? Sure hope that it’s the case. Least we got a good amount of games before we have to see the Saints again. Use em to keep getting better.

Yea I can’t agree with you there about today Joe.

He had multiple bad misses. Now perhaps some of those were on the WR, well never know. But he was off more than a few times.

Additionally, Godwin and Brown nailed him out of the 3 different passes that should have been INTs.

Played better in the 2nd half, but he got lucky multiple times today. I wouldn’t call it a HOF day, personally.

*Godwin and Brown bailed him out *

Can Ryan Jensen stay at LG? WooHoo!!!

    Go Niners!!!

Used half of the first quarter and scored!!

Somewhere Npuppy is using his tears to masturbate in front of a poster of Jamoist.

These are great days we’re living boys!!

    7-3

    Playoffs are in our sights.

  15. Jmarkbuc Says:

Imagine if we had a good left tackle

  16. stpetebucsfan Says:

Brady was perhaps even better than those stats. The wind was gusting throughout the Southeast today. It blew the ball all over Augusta National…not that it bothered Dustin Johnson and it blew the football today in Charlotte.

When you need somebody to hold the ball for kickoffs…I saw the coaches windbreakers whipping around as well. I suspect this is why Brady missed the two deep TD’s that he normally would complete. He was great today in that wind.

    nice bounce back win…

now show up on monday for a night win over the rams…

then “peak” in season with a home win vs the chiefs…

and we are right “on schedule”…

then cruise through december (if possible)…

win 3 of 4 hopefully, and get healthy going into the playoffs with the unanticipated record of 12-4 and a divisional title

I continue to be a Brady fan. But there are a lot of other parts of this offense that work as well.

Lets look at some of this sites brightest and their examples from earlier today:

Leftwich sucks – Unbelievable, Of Course, Cmurda
Rojo sucks – Unbelievable, Of Course, Cmurda
D Smith sucks – Unbelievable, Of Course and Cmurda

Yet, we can score 46 with none from our defense (although we got short fields I think twice).

How yall feel about the gators quarterback being the future ???

  20. Coburn Says:

How about that third down success . Dont think we missed many 3rd downs…

  21. SufferingSince76 Says:

Didn’t the Bucs score on every possession except for the first? Pinion never had to punt. Succop is the man.

    .

Trask sure is looking good this year. I liked Trey Lance, but I doubt he comes out after their season was screwed up.

  23. Oneilbuc Says:

Bush’s I know the trey lance buy I don’t think we can get him. I like Trask he can throw and move just enough .
