Joe has heard receivers early in preseason workouts say one thing park-violating, home-invading, NFLPA-ignoring Bucs quarterback Tom Brady harps on is for guys to run their entire routes; to finish their routes.
Shady McCoy gave an example.
In speaking to James Palmer of NFL Network, who is embedded with the Bucs, Shady explained Brady has a knack of making it look like he is not paying any attention to a receiver and at the very last instant rifles a ball to that receiver.
Palmer shares the specifics of what Shady was talking about in the NFL Network video below. In short, Brady throws no-look passes like Patrick Mahomes does, only in a more subtle way.
The way Shady describes it, this Brady must have crazy peripheral vision.

As I stated before, the difference between Jameis and Brady is huge. Some QB have it and some don’t. There is a reason why Mahomes is the best QB is the league now and Brady is the Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T).
