So the “Sage” think the Bucs will be chasing a rebuilding Carolina team just because, they have a strong ground game?
His Chiefs were 23rd in rushing (one spot ahead of the Bucs) and won the Super Bowl because they protected the ball. Bucs only had 1 less rushing touchdown than the Chiefs did also.
The emphasis on the run game from this podcast with such explosive passing weapons make me re consider the “Sage” nickname

Say what you will about DJax off the field, but the notion he’s fallen short on it the past 3-4 years is just an inaccurate take. He put up huge numbers with Fitzpatrick in 2018. We all saw the same separation with Winston, but the quarterback couldn’t connect. With solid QB play again under Wentz in 2019, Jackson debuted to a 159 yd 2 TD performance and then injury took him out for the season.
I’m sure he was a lousy teammate, and look forward to those stories when we’re treated to them, but can’t ask for more with his feet and hands. (See Joe typing “what about heart?”)
