“You Let Your Heart Decide Things, You’ll End Up Getting Fired.”
March 12th, 2020Perhaps Bucco Bruce Arians learned from the Andre Ellington and Deone Bucannon experiences of 2019, or Jason Licht learned from the Doug Martin debacle.
Joe’s being a bit of a wiseass, but telling new words from Arians are profound, timely and make you wonder.
The Buccaneers rolled out a new The Current video at the official team website, and in a segment featuring the highs and lows of Jameis Winston and the Bucs’ pending decision at quarterback, Arians is shown delivering a hard line.
“There’s no such thing as nostalgia in football; it’s good or bad. You let your heart decide things, you’ll end up getting fired,” Arians said.
It’s a great take by Arians, but the reality is every coach and GM plays nostalgia/politics with their roster. It’s ingrained in the culture.
Coaches like players and get blinded from seeing who they are. General managers cling to their bad draft picks and foolish free agency signings. Both, at times, will roll with a drafted player over a better player because of their nostalgic feelings for what the guy accomplished elsewhere.
Still, Arians said the quote above and it could be his new reality at quarterback. As Joe wrote last week, “will Arians gamble his career on Jameis?” Arians could blame Team Glazer for Jameis in 2019, this year it’s the coach’s call at QB and he is very unlikely to bet on Jameis before seeing all his cards.
Job preservation always wins.
March 12th, 2020 at 1:55 pm
i guess he makes a valid point but making decisions when you mind is mush is also bad and his mind is mush. he’s acting more like the high school class clown than a professional team builder this off season. BA is Lovie 2.0…. bring back ray perkins!
March 12th, 2020 at 2:00 pm
“will Arians gamble his career on Jameis?”
what career would that be Joe, the mediocre head coach with a bad post season record and zero track record of building a winner. BA is a joke who has never won anything on his own. you fools keep drinking the cool aid…. at the end of the year when you realize that the cool aid you have been guzzling is really a rosie odonnel golden shower don’t come crying back to the all knowing one ME….
legend of this senile old fool is a fish tale nothing more….

I just want a competent team that wants to win
March 12th, 2020 at 2:06 pm
If he gets rid of Winston he needs to remove his self-appointed “Quarterback Whisperer” title. It’s pretty easy when you are whispering to Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, Ben Rothleisberger and Carson Palmer. Give him a challenge and he folds. If they sign Ten yard Teddy they will go 4-12 with 7 interceptions.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:07 pm
Job preservation????
he’s doing his job when he get’s rid of the #1 deterrent to winning football games at QB.
like he said…it’s timing. picks 6’s to start the game, to end the game etc.
crabby rips the soul and rythm from the entire team with these moves.
he’s doing his job, and it’s about darn time we got a coach with no time for BS.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:07 pm
Tmaxcon that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, comparing BA to Lovie.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:08 pm
Joe… giving Andre Ellington a few hundred k is a bit different than handing Jameis 25-30mil per year. Deone was for a bit more than Ellington, but he at least stuck around initially

Any Body but Captain Check Down Teddy Bridgewater!!!!! I don’t want to go back to having the offense struggle to score 10 – 14 points a game. When I look at Bridgewater all I can see is him leading the Vikings to a playoff loss 9 – 10 and it sends shudders up my spine to think of his as our starting QB.
I know people say he has the arm strength to succeed in BA’s offense but throughout his career he has been a dink & dunk QB and dare I say it afraid to go long and take chances leading to his career 5.60 yard per throw average.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:22 pm
So now ndog and tmaxcon are attacking Bruce it’s laughable if Jameis comes back they could care less if we win or lose long as we have their messiah

I don’t think any fan wants them to make decision from the heart, but make sound decisions. At the same time have some class about how you handle this situation. If you have to move on then move on, but have the guts to make a decision and don’t kick someone as they walk out the door. I was no G McCoy fan but I saw no need for the public comments made by the team about him last year.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:37 pm
I myself would rather not sell the farm for a Super Bowl run this year if it means for us to suck for the next decade again. As a fan I want to be in it every year with a chance to be competitive.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:39 pm
Lovie has at least taken a team to a Super Bowl with a very mediocre QB. That said…BA was likely the best option the Bucs had when hired…and saved Licht’s death spiral of a career. The Whisperer has now coached 3 #1 overall picks in the NFL and Big Ben at # 11 overall. Perhaps he’s a bit overrated. Trying hard for a clever sound byte as we shall find out how good he is coaching up
a QB who wasn’t a top pick.
March 12th, 2020 at 2:47 pm
TexBuc……That would not be the plan so don’t worry. Arians has had great success with young QBs so developing one capable of sustaining success would definitely be part of the plan.

March 12th, 2020 at 2:51 pm
I will repeat what I posted about a month ago. I remember reading all of the hate on Arains from the Cardinals fans when he came here it was all about how Arains never took accountability and how he threw his players under the bus. I didn’t want to believe it but they were 1000% correct.
This TEAM for over half of the year fielded one if the worst pass defenses in NFL history.
This TEAM lead the entire NFL in penalities.
This TEAM had one (ONE!) hundred yard rushing the entire season.
This TEAM had a kicker that missed important kicks numerous times.
This TEAM was in top 10 in ALLOWED punt return yards.
This TEAM was 29th in punt return average.
Now have any of you heard Arains take one bit of accountability for this teams issues last year?
Now have heard him pretty much say Jameis was the reason we lost? Yeah that’s I guy I want to play for. This guy is proving to be a complete joke and a grade A a-hole to boot.
Oh yeah there’s this, just remember both how and how in what shape he left Arizona in. Think about it folks.

Just a question…Will the excuses be any different next off-season, if the FA QB they covet above JW3 – comes in & struggles mightily??? What will the excuses be, if the next QB1 tosses career high picks in Yr1 of BA’s system?? Will it be coach’m up & love’em hard?? Cause, if JW3 walks in FA…They will not have him to point a finger at.
Now, I was one of the 1st ones posting on Joe’s site that the Bucs needed to lure BA out of retirement – before basically anyone on this site. (& was scoffed at for my below comments in 2018)

If we see another under performing season by the current Koetter staff…I got four words for you…Bruce Arians – Chuck Pagano.
After a year with their wives-families..These guys will be biting at the chomps to get back on the field & the good buddies would be a great fit for Tampa.
——————————————————————————
We ended up w/ BA & Bowles instead of BA & Pagano….However, if BA & his massive staff cannot help a QB like JW3 – that did throw for 5K/ 33TD’s in yr1 being in the system- to correct mistakes on 1-2 plays a game, in Yr2 ….They aren’t much of a coaching staff & might as well be fired right now.
ANYONE can coach a losing team & ANYONE can GM together a losing roster.
At this point, the jury is still out on this GM & this coaching staff, as to whether or not they can put a winner on the field.

Typical jock meathead statements, I do like Ariens But again this is just jock protection coach speak !!! I sure hope nobody on here is going to tell me that Leftwich wasn’t in over his head at certain times during the season. Im going to say that was because of Ariens heart, I’m also going to say that it’s virtually impossible to have a whole coaching staff that you don’t want to make one change to?? Really?? That is either a miracle or it’s from your heart!!! So Bruce can convince himself of whatever he wants but when it comes to certain things he lives in a big glass California house More than his ego would allow him to know. I am assuming OJ Howard being a bigger threat under Koetter has nothing to do with Ariens being pissed off about his overrated blocking and some drops, I’m also going to say that’s coaching with your heart, you’re pissed off heart !!! Hey I get it and I agree to some degree but you’re full of shat if you think you helped the offense because your heart didn’t like OJ Howard‘s game. I don’t care how good the offense was Ariens went overboard with his heartfelt actions involving OJ Howard. Plain and simple, yeah he plays a little soft but we’re not talking about VH take a toke three !!!!

What IS JASON LICHT in Control OF ??????
Can someone answer that with one word please ???
March 12th, 2020 at 3:29 pm
Bucs running game exposed OLine deficiency, P Barber lack of talent and lack of quality blocking TE
Bucs young secondary , coupled with injuries to Dean and Davis, cost Bucs early games
Gay’s kicking cost Bucs couple of games- if he was a 5 year vet, he’d be gone, but being a rookie he gets a mulligan this year.
Jameis’ turnovers are simply unacceptable for a 5 year vet- doesn’t matter how productive he was, and he was-no team can win in today’s NFL with that amount of turnovers.
So the coach and GM are tasked with fixing the problems on the roster….but there are no guarantees.
Whatever they do there will be criticism
March 12th, 2020 at 3:35 pm
Jeez NDog that is a ridiculous post. Never once did Bruce said that. Never once. Quit your little martyr act and one man smear campaign. Your a sports fan….enough with the sensitivity.
If the team wants to upgrade at QB you put your feelings to the side and let them proove it right or wrong. It gets proven on Sundays. Not on a blog comment.

Since 2015,
No defense has had to play against two. QBs in the same game as much as the Bucs. That is because Jameis Winston turns it over and keeps both teams in the game. Hence no playoffs. Time to move on.
It will be glorious when hope is restored, for we will refuse to overpay for inefficient play.
Ndog- answer the question, please: what was Jameis’ TD: Turnover ration in 2019? Brady’s. Case closed!
Hell, even Rivers threw 2/3 the picks Jameis did and it’s
Still 10 whole less.

Jameis has had turnover problems before Bruce and when he’s gone he’ll have turnover problems after Bruce. Coaches coach. Bad QBs play bad. And fan boys make excuses. Ndummy will continue to piece together ridiculous arguments that have nothing to do with Winston and his poor play all while calling others “clueless”. Jameis is a strange situation to be caught in He is like Jekyll and Hyde. One side is smart and production. The other side is deeply disturbed and dangerous. Not to say that Jameis is deeply disturbed. It is not a matter of if he will throw a laser for a TD or an INT. It is not a matter of of or which, but when one or the other will happen. That’s the frustrating part of this kid.
Is it a 400 yard 4 TD 4 INT game? Is it a 400 yard 4 TD 0 INT game? Is it a 400 yard 0 TD 4 INT game? That’s it in a nutshell is the consistency of his inconsistency.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:18 pm
Dear Ndog,
All those things you mentioned about how the team performed poorly had nothing to do with Jameis Winston’s brain telling his arm to start moving forward, the ball rotating off of his hand, the ball traveling through the air, and that same ball ending up into the hands of a defender on the opposing team.
Players, and their performance, CAN be completely evaluated in a vacuum by themselves.
You keep “passing the buck” and blame onto others not named Jameis Winston for Jameis Winston’s TERRIBLE play.
You’re like someone saying that a pitcher that can’t find the strike zone is pitching poorly because the shortstop on his team has more errors this season or his center fielder isn’t stealing as many bases. They’re not even related.
No one has stated the Bucs losing is all because of Jameis Winston. But many ARE simply saying that Jameis Winston sucks. There’s a difference.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:20 pm
To answer Ndogs second question and to address TexBucs shambles statement Brucs Arains laft Arizona with a Number 6 overall defense.
More then enough to retool on offense and contend. Instead the orginization made the .is take of taking a bust at QB the next season. Then they fire a HC one year in.
Now y’all can blame BA because the Cards drafted a bust and hired a terrible HC but some might say that’s pretty foolish.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:22 pm
NDOG ,
What franchise QB had the fourth most penalties on the team? Jameis ,with 6 for 56 yards. I can remember at least two intentional grounding penalties. Thats almost as bad as throwing it out of bounds on fourth down,IMO.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:24 pm
Now it’s Arians fault . “He was only ever good because he had Manning , Roethlisberger , luck , Palmer . “ lmao . The common denominator with all of those QBs is Bruce Arians . But yeah , he’s only good because he had those guys ? Gtfoh . The Winston nuthugger derangement syndrome is real .

How are you guys so blind to this team as a whole? The defense was HORRIBLE, the kicker sucked, the special teams sucked, the running game sucked, the penalities sucked yet you want to put every loss on the QB who BTW was the leader of the only unit on the team that was worth a crap.
You people are unreal and frankly I am not sure you have ability to see or understand the very basic things in life.
And you SteveK you sit here and say your stupid phrases over and over.

Smell the wreckage of yet another first down run up the middle for zero yards?

March 12th, 2020 at 4:32 pm
Ndog … Interesting perspective about all the things the TEAM did BAD last year. You left out a couple important ones though.
The TEAM went 7-9 last season.
The TEAM turned the ball over 41 times last season. And yes, 30 of those giveaways were INTs thrown by our QB. Not by the coaches. Not by the defense. Not by the kicker. BY THE QB. (Hint: some call it ACCOUNTABILITY).
Turnover differential is a HUGE stat, and many have talked about that ad nauseum (including me, I know). Fact is that the Bucs’ defense forced 28 takeaways last season (ranked #5), while the offense & S/Ts had 41 giveaways (ranked #32 … all by ourselves by far). The NET Turnover Differential of MINUS 13 was BAD. Really BAD. It allowed us to rank #28 on the season … that’s BAD.
The Bucs offense got credit for 6 TDs scored by the Bucs’ defense on 6 of those takeaways. On the other 22 takeaways the Bucs offense ended up scoring a LOT of points itself … some from short fields, some where they had to drive a good distance to punch it in or get a FG. All those OPPORTUNITIES to score however came thanks to the Bucs’ DEFENSE.
The Bucs’ offense reciprocated by throwing 7 Pick-6s & giving up 1 Safety. On the other 34 giveaways the Bucs defense ended up having to defend a bunch of short fields, as well as some longer ones, and gave up what some have calculated to be about 70 additional points. Roughly 120 of the 449 points the defense got charged with last season (over 25%) came off of giveaways from the Bucs’ OFFENSE. Bummer.
Turnovers undeniably impact games, one way or the other. It is possible to overcome giveaways as we’ve all seen, but their negative influence on game outcomes is undeniable, especially when the Turnover Differential gets to be MINUS 2 or more. You MIGHT win, but odds are VERY high that you won’t. That problem HAS TO BE FIXED if the Bucs are to stop beating themselves and become contenders.

Above is just more proof of how little people truly understand football. Yes Captain CLUELESS all of those things very much effect the QB, decision making and yes TOs.
So you don’t think it is tougher to complete a pass on 3rd and 7 than it is on 3rd and 2?
So you don’t think it is harder to have to keep throwing the ball instead of handing it off when you’re ahead in the 4th quarter?
So you don’t think it is tougher knowing you have to score every possession cause you’re defense can’t stop anyone?
So you don’t think it is tougher to score 7 points than it is 3?
So you don’t think it is tougher to throw when your getting hit than when you are not?
So basically you can’t think?

NDog maybe then you shouldn’t care what a coach say. Cause I got new for ya. It’s always spins city.
But for you to go through the season touting what Bruce says when he blamed bad routes or whatever and now you are going to say it’s spin city makes you look really bad and quite petty.
You are quite literally picking and choosing which facts you wish to broadcast as gospel while calling other facts as fake or spin. You are honestly creating your own spin. You are a very disingenious poster bro……..Either take everything at face value otberwise don’t go around preaching that half of it that helps your argument while calling that which doesn’t spin. That’s one step away from outright lying. Which I’d argue you are lying to yourself.
As far as other areas of the team that need to be addressed. Nobody has ever denyed that. Not Bruce, not any fans, not the media. Absolutely nobody. And none of them faults absolve a poor mistake or throw by the QB. Both problems can exist at the same time which you seem to have trouble understanding.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:49 pm
There is nostalgia in football. I will have it next season. I won’t be able to laugh my ass off when jameis does something boneheaded for the Bucs.
That is what I had to do last season when I saw him throw the ball directly into the hands of every defender out there.
The delay of game penalties were especially laughable, those right after a time out were even more so.
Arians also saw all of those things. If Jameis is back I would like to see why, rather than being reduced to considering a team I want to cheer for being reduced to a laughingstock again.
Get us a new QB, I almost don’t care who.
March 12th, 2020 at 4:50 pm
If your defense allows 30 points a game, you get fired.
When your kicker loses you 2 games on easy kickers, when you take a penalty on purpose to make it a longer kick, you get fried.
When you have Mike Glennon at QB and score 12 points a game, you get fired.
You can get fired for a lot of reasons, but mainly it’s because the other team scores more than you do. When you’re 3rd in the league in scoring, and had the worst defense and kicking game in the NFL since 2015, the last place you should be looking to make changes is at QB.

Unfortunately Rod 3rd in points is great but you do have to factor in the turnovers and when you gag up the ball once for every time you score it diminishes the ackomplishment.
Scoring points is great but preventing them is equally as important bro. Always has and always will be. And I know that you know that protecting the football is one way to prevent points.

Bruce Arians. The qb whisperer. Comes to Tampa and delegates his tittle to bryon Leftwich.
Bruce ends up clueless. Cannot even figure out rules -confuse as heck. Even tried to call a review with no challenges. We are already the most penalized team Head coach had to put his hands inside the cookie jar too.
He’s in a short leash next season.
March 12th, 2020 at 5:06 pm
Turnovers don’t matter …. why don’t you listen. The team has to outplay the other. Play smart. Don’t be penalized. Have a solid depth. And most important make plays ! Ball out.
March 12th, 2020 at 5:12 pm
JW is the Coach killa
March 12th, 2020 at 5:17 pm
outplay, outsmart, outlast
jw has done none of the above

A- nine is getting penalized for headbutting an opposing player in the pile or poking an opposing player in the helmet and getting penalized. And the accepted way to avoid intentional grounding penalties is to throw the ball in the dirt or in the air near your own man.

tmaxcon was so right for so long about the cancer 93, I don’t understand how he could be so wrong for so long about the cancer 3

You’re a joke if you think those guys were good because of Arians.
March 12th, 2020 at 5:56 pm
Maxcon…you do know the offseason hasn’t started yet, right? And BA’s GM in Arizona is best buds with the owner, so BA wasn’t in charge, and he was only interim coach in Indianapolis under one of the worst GMs of all time in Grigson. BA essentially ran the offseason LAST year, and that turned out pretty good. Licht made a decision on JPP to void the last year of his contract, and I don’t think Licht gets to pipe in again. The point is, the limited amount BA has been in charge of personnel has been pretty nice (this past year). I’d argue he’s lost his fastball a little on the coaching front if anything.

Turnover margin is everything!
A penalty is like stubbing your toe. A turnover is like losing your toe.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:08 pm
Ndog,
So now you’re excusing Winston’s INTs because of his “mental state” of thinking he was going to have to score on every possession? Even opening drives when the other team hadn’t even done anything yet? Even in games late in the season when the Defense clearly was playing even better?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA.
Oh man. If the Bucs don’t bring Winston back you *really* won’t be a fun person to be around in real life.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:14 pm
NEWSFLASH:
Notice how the hardcore Jameis supporters (like Ndog, Rod Munch, TexBuc, Tmax, et al) NEVER like to discuss how RYAN FITZPATRICK with nearly the exact same team (and crappy Defense, RB, OL, and kicking problems) was on pace for…
4,900+ Yards
34 TDs
24 INTs (fewer than Winston)
And he AVERAGED 100+ in QB Rating.
Fitzpatrick had multiple 400+ passing yard games and 4 TDs in a game.
And that was with an Offense that did NOT have Chris Godwin starting.
If Ryan Fitzpatrick could have massive success with this Offense (which is 80% the same) how can someone be some dumb to just assume ANOTHER QB can’t come in and duplicate with Winston has done, but maybe even do it better with fewer turnovers????
HOW?
PLEASE. EXPLAIN.
I know… none of you will even attempt to explain it, because you CAN’T.
Fitzpatrick PROVED that Winston is not unique in the ability to put up big numbers with this Offense.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:21 pm
Dumb…..
Go and pull up ~just ~ the last 5 yrs QB stat in super bowl game. And specially the ones that won , then let me know about turnovers…

Interesting to see BA make that statement about whether or not you decide things based on chances of getting fired. If this really is his last stop and he’s at the end of his career and this is the end of the line for him, then what the hell does he care about the ramifications of his decisions? If he’s done when he’s done then he should be doing what he feels he ought to do not what he feels ought to save his job.
The only thing I can figure that makes sense is that his ego doesn’t want to see him going out by getting fired. He wants to end it on his own terms and not by getting axed because he made decisions based on his heart and his gut.
I personally think that’s a b*tch way to do it and he oughta be coaching with his gut and his heart all the way. And if he gets fired he gets fired. He’s still going to be sitting on millions and he’s going to have the peace of mind of knowing that he finally did what his heart wanted to do.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:32 pm
Over the past fifty years of nfl football, the team that won the turnover margin won the game seventy percent of the time.
The Bucs defense was fifth in takeaways with 28, but we committed 41 turnovers, 35 thanks to Jameis- which is one more total than his 34 TDs. Bottom line is that it’s more harm than good, hence 7-9.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:33 pm
Not dumb at all. Just patiently, factually interjecting in the debate with the Apologists.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:34 pm
Realisto,
Who is our QB in 2020? Can’t wait!
March 12th, 2020 at 6:35 pm
@ SteveK these guys with red letter names are mostly trouble don,t even bother with them probably some here changed name just to hastle people

Adrnagy……..Dislike when people say something then tell us to go look it up without spitting out whatever they know. Should be just easier to say it rather then have us go look it up.
So reluctantly I randomly looked up SB 48. Had no idea which one that was(Den vs Sea) picked at random Winning team won the turnover battle 4-0.
But I thought this past year was SB 50 so I realized I didn’t meet you 5 game sample. So I went within your parameters and looked up SB 50(Den vs Car) Winning team won the turnover battle 4-2.
So I will summize in that small sample size that turnovers do matter.
But Its very telling that us Bucs fans have been so fixated on turnovers that it’s become such a huge talking point to the extent that directly after this year’s SB most of the comments here about the game were about turnovers. It’s almost like the battle of turnovers ers has become larger then the game for most Bucs fans and they are failing to see the game as anything more……….This tainted view of the game is almost certainly reveals that turnovers have been a big issue with own team we follow all year.
March 12th, 2020 at 6:45 pm
Good points above. As a Buc fan, pained from the lack the lack of playoffs, I seek to understand what’s keeping us from qualifying for lost season play and the culprit by and large is the turnovers.

Tmax
Doesn’t like BA because he’s white.
Racist!!!
March 12th, 2020 at 8:13 pm
@joe
So you moderate and don’t let my comment through
When tmax has said exactly the same things?
Oooooffff course

BA is a joke. he tells his qb no risk no biscuit and keep chucking yet he throws the youngman under the bus first chance he gets. then he spends the entire off season spouting off at the mouth like a high school jock with no future. BA and his BS is played out and done. he will set this franchise back. he has never built nor won anything on his own. bucfan that is buying his BS is basing it on hope and feelings certainly not past performance.
March 12th, 2020 at 8:14 pm
NDOG. YOU ARE SOOO RIGHT
JAMEIS HAS DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT
ITS THE COACHING
ITS THE OTHER PLAYERS
I will put this out there WHEN Jameis goes to his next TEAM He will BE THE SAME OR WORSE
BUCKET ‘O BEERS ON IT
March 12th, 2020 at 8:33 pm
Same with a marriage. You will be fired/divorced.
March 12th, 2020 at 8:42 pm
I’m still confused how Ryan Fitzpatrick was on pace for 4,900+ yards, 34 TDS/24 INTs, and an avg. QB rating over 100… and without Chris Godwin starting… YET…
Somehow the Jameis Apologists want us to believe only Jameis can put up big numbers with this Offense and he’s some sort of super unique QB???
Please explain how that is. PLEASE.
March 12th, 2020 at 8:56 pm
Personally I think BA has delegated too much of his responsibilities; “whispering” to the QB in particular…
March 12th, 2020 at 9:12 pm
if you can find another QB that throws 30 tds let me know
the Bucs will mess this up you will see.
See below
first 71 career games
Peyton Manning Jameis Winston
18,453 yds 19,737 yds
125 Tds 121 Tds
91 Ints 88 Ints
61.72 comp % 61.34 comp %
468/9 rush yds/Tds 1044/10 rush yds/Tds
This can keep a coach awake at night!!!!
March 12th, 2020 at 9:23 pm
Not getting to the playoffs. This can keep getting coaches fired.
March 12th, 2020 at 9:35 pm
Arians came in last year and he backed JW and gave his word he would give JW a full season before passing judgement… BA kept his word even in December as he watched his qb throw 2 games to the other team and not only CHOKE away a winning season but also one that breaks even…
Arians has seen a full season of JW and has enough info to know whether JW has learned his offense which by all BAs tells, JW hasn’t… If JW was still struggling with the offense after 16 games, that would make it that much easier to move on!

BA is a joke bro . This man do not care about winning and he got yall fooled . Payton Manning had a 100 interceptions with him . He big Ben killed in his offense . Andrew Luck threw a lot of interceptions with him . And Palmer had David Johnson . So when Jamies leave and I hope he does because he want be yall scapegoat anymore and with the next quarterback comes in this year we still going to lose and not make the playoffs then who yall going to blame lol lol lol lol ……

Funny postman!
Jameis will be cut and fans that value winning style
Of football (protect the ball) will
Rejoice!
March 13th, 2020 at 1:43 pm
Max…BA stood by Jameis all year until the last press conference, then he finally said what we all felt: Jameis cost us football games. And BA was in control last year, and the draft is the best we’ve had in the Licht era just about. I’ll give Licht the Barrett signing. But just because BA wasn’t a GM before doesn’t mean he can’t do it (Ozzie Newsome and John Lynch weren’t GMs until they were, didn’t mean they couldnt do it). His one year in charge improved our team.
