Bucs Add A Receiver

Bobo Wilson’s replacement has been named.
Amara Darboh is the man, promoted from the Bucs’ practice squad today. Wilson was released two days ago.
Darboh, 25, is a former third-round pick (106th overall) by Seattle in 2017. The former University of Michigan standout has recorded eight receptions for 71 yards in his NFL career. He was cut by Seattle on Aug. 27 and has been on the Tampa Bay practice squad since Sept. 16.
He was injured last season, did not play and required surgery, though it seems there was little clarity offered on the actual injury.
Darboh did return a few punts at Michigan but not with the Seahawks.
Joe’s wondering whether Darboh will leap frog over buried Justin Watson on the receivers depth chart.

Kid was born in Sierra Leone, parents killed when he was two years old.
Moved to the US when he was seven.

He is 6’2 215 lbs. Should have a bigger catch radius for Winston’s erratic throws. Him and Watson should be on the field before Scotty Miller.

And, so after 6 games we realize that Boo Boo was not a good NFL player. BA couldn’t see that in pre-season? Any mid-season cut like this is a black mark on the coaching staff as well.

I think we should use Bunting, and some of the other DB’s Licht keeps drafting as receivers. After all, Jameis seems to hit DB’s in stride more then he does WR’s!!

Why does no one seem to mention the perfectly thrown pass JW threw to ME that went 60 yards in the air and hit Evans on the mitts and in stride? Catch that pass and score right before half and you may have a different game.

We also have another poster here who gives everybody hell for referring to Luke Kuechly as the best linebacker in the NFL. Apparently we ride his nuts and only give him props because he’s white. Kind of like we tire of Jameis throwing 3+ picks a game just because he’s black. Has nothing to do with wanting our team to win though. Pure racism. Keep it coming bud.

I hear ya. It’s just tiring. 90% of the team we cheer for is black and this dumb F calls us racists for criticizing our potentially $30 million dollar QB.

Gotcha. Maybe my eyes are trained not to see his stupid comments. When Jameis is good he’s really good and when he’s bad, which is often, he’s horrible. It’s time to cut your losses and move on. You can only give him so many passes for the garbage O line. He throws interceptions when he’s not under pressure. His pocket presence is awful. He holds the ball too long. At times it’s like watching Pop Warner. Jameis needs to go.

Proof positive. Beyond question. Winston has thrown multiple picks in a single game with unbelievable protection. One play he had 10 seconds or an hour and threw a pick.
Now on the other hand, Winston had imo the best and most impressive last minute drive I’ve seen to win a game. Top notch , put that drive up against any QB ever and its still impressive. This is a perfect example of both the highs and lows winston is capable of delivering. And He did both in a single game.
