Mike Evans Returns To Practice In Full Pads (Video)
August 1st, 2019When last seen, stud Bucs receiver Mike Evans was being carted off a sunny practice field at One Buc Palace, where Tuesday onlookers could hear him express his pain and hold his gut.
Things are definitely looking up this evening as the Bucs came out to practice at 6:30 p.m. inside the Glazer Shed.
Evans is in full pads and grinding through drills at what appears to be his normal work rate. Was it just cramps that got him the other day? It sure seems like it.
Here’s a quick video look at Evans’ return.

I say keep Mike fresh. He can do the VR training and master the playbook. He must stay healthy.

the smart play for evans is to milk any injury and sit out until he can escape the black hole that is tampa bay buccaneer football. all REAL mike Evans fans that want him to win and realize that will be impossible in tampa.

Why so many indoor practices in air conditioning? They should be outside in the heat, humidity and rain which will be more realistic game conditions not to mention the physical conditioning needed for the heat.

No one was worried chicken little.. Arians said it was cramps why would we think the worse, like you .. and Jameis looks better too even though you were ready to cut him after one practice…

@pelbuc, I went to Tuesday’s practice and took a look at the indoor facility and noticed it was not air conditioned. A security guard told me coach Arians wanted it turned off during practice. It was about the same temperature as outside.

Uh-Oh! I sure hope it’s not a sign of a sports hernia. I had to deal with one myself, felt like a massive stomach cramp that eventually led to surgery.
