Larry Fitzgerald Talks Bruce Arians/Kliff Kingsbury Differences

Yes, Joe will go anywhere for perspective on the Bucs. So Joe was dialed in to former Bucco Bruce Arians Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald talking on SiriusXM NFL Radio yesterday.
And the future Hall of Famer delivered.
Of all the Cardinals coaches Fitzgerald has played under, he said his new regime under 39-year-old Kliff Kingsbury regime is the most analytical.
“We have a lot more emphasis on above-the-neck preparation here. We do a lot of walk-throughs, a lot of classroom study, more so than I’ve every done before,” Fitzgerald said.
Specifically referencing Arians and other two other of his former head coaches, Fitzgerald said Kingsbury’s energy is “a lot higher.” He cited a college-type competitive atmosphere and he likes the openness for players.
“He’s very easy to communicate and to talk to. He’s approachable,” Fitzgerald said. “Some of the older regime head coaches, you know, they’re a little more standoffish. So I think that’s been, you know, a breath of fresh air.”
Joe can’t say this means anything at all. But it’s interesting to hear Fitzgerald’s take.
Is 66-year-old Arians “standoffish” and a tough leader for a new breed of young Bucs, Generation Z players? Joe has no idea.

@Joe … “Yes, Joe will go anywhere for perspective on the Bucs.” Perspective? Our guys have had nothing but praise for BA & his coaching staff since they arrived. Even you Joe have acknowledged the noticeable ‘upgrade’ since the last regime was replaced.
Why even raise the question “Is 66-year-old Arians “standoffish” and a tough leader for a new breed of young Bucs, Generation Z players?” Too old to relate, is THAT supposed to be the ‘implication’? Still waiting for the sky to fall I see. Sounds like Realist & Tmaxcon have gotten into your head.

Indeed. Don’t think the guy will say anything negative about his new coach… unless he’s working his way out of town. Larry wants to retire right where he is… so, for now, Kliff is #1 best coach ever. 😉

Its a it surprising that Larry would say anything bad about BA. Its well known that they have a lot of respect for each other.

Well see how all these analytics & classroom study works out for them. My 💰 says they gonna flop hard.

Much to do/say bout Nothin. Winning is all that matters. And thus far Mr Kingsbury has 0 NFL Wins. Classroom prep is fine. The game is won in the trenches.

BA does classroom prep too and kept all the rookies and undrafted players here over the July break learning the new system so they can play fast now instinctively and not having to think so much about the new playbook. That is paying off for us right now. Arizona will be in the basement again with their nerd analytics HC!

Joe, Fitz never mentioned Arians name. It’s a bit premature to say he was talking about BA imo. Now if you got Fitz on the record I would say different but this is just not factual in anyway shape or form.

Such is the problem with journalism and journalists too. Writing something without facts and just a feeling is bad form.
Yes, we all know BA was the coach but he could just as easily have been talking about last years regime.
Talk to Larry yourself. If he gives you BA’s name to go along with this story I’ll gladly say you can read tea leaves better than anyone, if not, man up and take the loss for click bait.
