Adam Humphries Remembers
March 29th, 2019Here is an example of a class act the Bucs lost when receiver Adam Humphries bolted to Tennessee in free agency.
Last year’s Bucs wide receivers coach, Skyler Fulton, was not picked up by another football team. This stunned Joe. Of all the rotten coaching all but Mike Smith, Brett Maxie and Fulton found a job. Smith saved himself the embarrassment by simply taking a bullet for himself and retiring.
Fulton, despite coaching one of the most explosive units in all of football, is unemployed for some reason. But there is one person in the NFL who has not forgotten Fulton. And that would be Humphries.
Humphries not only gave Fulton one of his jerseys, but autographed it. Yet, there’s more.
Humphries inscribed the jersey with a heartfelt message saying, in so many words, that Humphries would not have had his career year and free agent winnings had it not been for the guidance he received from Fulton.
In Joe’s eyes, that’s a class move by a class guy.

Class guy who is moving on from one horrendous uniform to another. –That’s the one category the Bucs top the league in. The five year rule is up. It’s time to fix things. Joe, do you have insight into anything that would suggest a change is coming in the next year or two?

Most fun and productive season huh? Can’t wait until the rest of the guys who care about stats and not winning are gone too

Pete Rose thanked his coaches by buying them all new Jeeps.
I don’t think Pete made as much $ as as Adam.
Pete was a class act.

I definitely wish Sky would’ve been obtained given the tightness of that group he lead

Thought all the bucs coaches were terrible and that is the reason the bucs players could not win? Hope humphries and the new OC in Tenn lights it up this year

Good riddance another player like cancer93 who has fun losing

pretty cool.
Hump was a great find. So we find guys like brate, hump, barber, bobo, cross, bond, nassib and develop them into to good players, but coaching has been theproblem for the other guys.

Class act Hump is. He should get 100 catches in that dink and dunk offense they run in Tennessee.
March 29th, 2019 at 10:49 am
Wow! He gave him a jersey that the Bucs err is season ticket holders paid for and took 5 minutes to ink something on it with a sharpie that cost him $1.99 at Walmart. Way to go Hump!
March 29th, 2019 at 10:58 am
He is a class act and I wish him the best

little stevie
for once would you not like to you root for a winner or are you content always cheering for losers with very little talent and upside… winning way more fun than losing pal!

I get the feeling the Hump will shine with the Titans. Good Luck to him.

Very few players are class acts in the NFL anymore. Remember when Hardy Nickerson took out a full page in the Tampa Tribune to say farewell to the fans?
This guy signs a jersey for his coach. Hardly a class act. More like guy that took the money and ran.

Come on yall r u all blind coaching up players was the defensive problem. Coaching game planning was offensive issue example of that is Dungy Gruden just opposite sides of the ball were the big issue then. That n Dirk n Smith’s inability to come out in the second half n make significant adjustments, clock management(the list goes on n on) and other coaching duties during the game

Pretty sure he didn’t have fun losing dumba$$.
He took monster hits even in losing efforts and held onto the ball. I’d love to see you aging fata$$es do half of what Hump could do.
You’re overweight, lack strength and toughness and your underwear show when your fully dressed. All signs of a soft armchair warrior.
You celebrate losing at life while this guy is a millionaire. Oh, and your wife and kids hate you. And your feet stink. But go about your ramblings, winner.

The “class acts” are really limited on this site and message board. Perhaps you should look at your man t!ts in the mirror and figure out how much class you show.

Like I said-his best play(imo) was a wild ass touchdown in the endzone playing against Dallas. I remember multiple players for the other team going up for the ball and Hump comes down with it and does a in your face jump then spins the ball off–it was cool. Hump was so reliable, he will be the only thing that makes watching Titans worthwhile.

WTF is wrong with you–so worried about the uniform who the fok cares! Winning is what the point of this is–not how they look–go awaay and stop bothering Joe to petition for a new uniform!
