DK did the best job….but not by much in my book….
December 24th, 2018 at 5:10 pm
lmao at the single vote for lovie. Merry Christmas to all Bucs fans, it’s been a cruddy decade.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:13 pm
Greg Schiano should have been given another year with all the BS he had to go through, bucs defense including gmc was best the bucs had since the gruden days
December 24th, 2018 at 5:16 pm
That’s the worse poll I’ve ever seen. Dirk Koetter is getting all the votes for having the same record as the other guys almost. But I bet no one will compare the rosters. Dirk has more talent on his team than all the others combined. Worse coach ever
December 24th, 2018 at 5:17 pm
Not a whole lot of winning there. *sigh* merry Christmas ya’ll!
December 24th, 2018 at 5:20 pm
Raheem the dream did more with less. Give him this roster . Then I would say schiano next. Had he been given more time to learn how to deal with grown men, he may have been something.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:21 pm
Hopefully the NEXT ONE!!
December 24th, 2018 at 5:22 pm
Should have included “Nome of the Above”.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:36 pm
Raheem.. did more with less.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:37 pm
Are you kidding me! These choices why even vote!
December 24th, 2018 at 5:45 pm
This is like a who’s the smartest dumb person award
December 24th, 2018 at 5:46 pm
Funny how everyone was calling Raheem Radio and now he’s in the lead for best coach in the past 10 years and deservedly so. Pathetic!!!
December 24th, 2018 at 5:46 pm
The 2010 season was a fluke but it’s the only thing us Bucs fans got this decade.
Raheem fielded a playoff caliber team with the most starting rookies and youngest overall team in the NFL and for the most part a bunch of scrubs.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:47 pm
If the Bucs has invested in talent and veteran leadership, Rah might still be coaching this team.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:49 pm
Rah won 10 games with a bunch of undrafted free agents
Greg Schiano,Lovie Smith, Dirk Koetter won less games with high paid free agents/high draft picks at most positions.
December 24th, 2018 at 5:49 pm
@ Buc50
Don’t get it confused, they were not calling him Radio (the person that Cuba Golding played), Radio Raheem came from the movie by Spike Lee “Do the Right Thing), the character played by Bill Nunn
December 24th, 2018 at 5:51 pm
“Other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?”
December 24th, 2018 at 5:51 pm
What do you like best – poop, feces, turds or defecation?
December 24th, 2018 at 5:51 pm
@Buc50
Radio Raheem was a character played by Bill Nun in Spike Lee’s “Do the Right Thing”, not the person that Cuba Gooding played
December 24th, 2018 at 6:00 pm
Picked Raheem. If he won 10 games with that roster in 2010, how many could he win today?
December 24th, 2018 at 6:03 pm
If schiano stayed we wouldn’t look like we do now
December 24th, 2018 at 6:04 pm
Sheesh…reminds me of the last Presidential election…
December 24th, 2018 at 6:05 pm
Sheesh…reminds me of the last presidential election…
December 24th, 2018 at 6:18 pm
They all sucked equally should be an option.
December 24th, 2018 at 6:36 pm
“BEST”? Did you say “BEST”??
December 24th, 2018 at 6:45 pm
Raheem had a lot of bad boys and that’s why they won. 🤔
December 24th, 2018 at 6:51 pm
Good night after looking at the four names I thought no way to choose ! Who was best ?? What a laugher ! Joe you really put one on us here !
December 24th, 2018 at 6:51 pm
LOL you mean who sucked the least… RAH he did more with less… Dork dead last has had the most talent and done nothing
December 24th, 2018 at 7:27 pm
Raheem had NOTHING to work with and still won 10 games.
December 24th, 2018 at 7:45 pm
Amazing the love for Klueless a position coach who was pushed to Head Coach by the teflon power hungry Gump
Ohh what a tragic redneck shakesperan tragedy indeed
“Klueless is the white man for the job”

December 24th, 2018 at 7:54 pm
Schiano should have had more time.
December 24th, 2018 at 8:04 pm
Those 9 votes for Lovie….are those his family?
December 24th, 2018 at 8:08 pm
Always liked Schiano but the big ruckus on rushing the endgame kneel play was BS that strangely caught wind as being a fireable offense and he was gone.
December 24th, 2018 at 8:22 pm
does everyone agree that this is the most depressing poll? raheem morris?? really? merry xmas… i guess 🙁
December 24th, 2018 at 8:26 pm
Schiano was like a Belicheck and would have instilled discipline on a team that had lacked for years but some in the media didn’t have the stomach and fortitude to give him that chance and ran him off. I still can’t get over the billboards. An all time low.
December 24th, 2018 at 8:28 pm
From day one training camp the media railed on “toes on the line”
December 24th, 2018 at 8:37 pm
Man some of ya’ll have short memories.
Schiano went from 7-9 to 4-12, that’s why he was fired.
December 24th, 2018 at 8:38 pm
I liked his rushing the end game kneel! Play till the FINAL whistle blows! Schiano was hosed!
December 24th, 2018 at 8:40 pm
@unbelievable…. what’s worse??? Going 7-9 to 4-12 or going 9-7 then back to back losing seasons??
December 24th, 2018 at 8:46 pm
Tough call
I agree Lovie is the worst. He should have 0 votes
December 24th, 2018 at 8:49 pm
Koetter reminds me of Sam Wyche in a lot of ways. He kept getting passes by Culverhouse (based on past resume) and wasn’t able to put together a winning season. I voted Raheem based on the talent level and his overall enthusiasm (something that Koetter just doesn’t have).
December 24th, 2018 at 8:54 pm
Raheem had better o-line talent than Koetter, but y’all shouldn’t forget that the team quit on Raheem.
December 24th, 2018 at 8:57 pm
People choosing Raheem have really, really bad memories.
He won 10 games because we had the easiest schedule in 20 years…and have not had an easy one since.
December 24th, 2018 at 9:16 pm
They all suck. How many playoff wins from that illustrious group? A joke and an ownership that swings and misses every time, except with Gruden. Go Bucs!
December 24th, 2018 at 9:22 pm
Screen name says it all…Schiano was building a solid defense year two but got hosed by MRSA, ESPN talking heads sucking foolish fans in with fabricated drama (where’s that proof of leaked medical records?), and a “franchise (killer) QB” that was exposed as physically strong yet emotionally fragile.
December 24th, 2018 at 9:32 pm
@Bonzai we can’t win 5 games in consecutive years and you say Raheem had an easy schedule. He played who was in front of him, that’s all that matters.
December 24th, 2018 at 9:37 pm
Jean Lafitte Says:
December 24th, 2018 at 8:26 pm
Schiano was like a Belicheck and would have instilled discipline on a team that had lacked for years but some in the media didn’t have the stomach and fortitude to give him that chance and ran him off. I still can’t get over the billboards. An all time low.
Jean we finally agree on something. Schiano was a tirant but that is exactly what this organization needed and still needs.
December 24th, 2018 at 10:37 pm
The real poll should be how many of these Ex-Buc HCs really should have been and would have shined as coordinators and not HCs. Schiano is a good defensive coordinator. Raheem was too much of a player’s coach and he was quite young taking over the helm without a good supporting cast of coaches/mentors. He would have been a better position coach.
None of these guys are legit playoff head coaches though. Rah might do better his 2nd time around with the experience.
But all of these coaches also need a GM who has a football IQ and is not a doormat to the coach.
December 24th, 2018 at 10:45 pm
Votes for Lovie prove his family and relatives visit this site
December 24th, 2018 at 10:50 pm
I had nothing against Lovie Smith but he wasn’t what this team needed. He was too much of a Dungy disciple. This team needs a strong disciplinarian type coach. A Tom Coughlin would be sweet but he’s up there in age. Maybe we could pull Bill Cowher out of retirement. Maybe ask Schiano again.
December 24th, 2018 at 10:53 pm
Speaking of Bill Cowher, that coach could get animated on the sideline with that square jawline and spit hahaha
December 24th, 2018 at 10:55 pm
Rah did the best, but they quit on him that last year. Did more with substantially less talent than what we currently have.
December 24th, 2018 at 11:14 pm
Drug Martin over 100 yards rushing tonite for Raider Nation against Broncos…
Yeah, I think that tells you how PATHETIC our O-line is when it comes to run-blocking…..
December 24th, 2018 at 11:16 pm
Rah his team quit on him that means he doesn’t get my vote
Schiano had a promising 1st year but Freeman and MRSA killed any chance he had of being a good NFL coach that and Dominik being awful
Lovie was just a desperate nostalgia hire and was a joke
Dirk while he has his faults his teams never quit like Rah so while the wins aren’t there Dirk is the best but can’t over come a bad GM, a bad defensive coordinator and an awful kicking situation
December 24th, 2018 at 11:18 pm
I couldn’t in good conscience vote for any of those stiffs. That list just perfectly illuminates the Glazers’ inability to pick a head coach.
December 24th, 2018 at 11:19 pm
Bucfan1988
The Bucs had one of the easiest schedules in the NFL entering the 2010 season the year Rah went 10-6.
December 25th, 2018 at 1:11 am
As much as I’d like to say Raheem did more with less.. he also had one of the easier schedules ever. It felt like every week we were playing a bad team that was down to their 3rd string QB. I still give him the nod, though.
December 25th, 2018 at 1:11 am
Rah for Bucs HC in 2019!! Yeah, I said it!
December 25th, 2018 at 1:17 am
Merry Christmas!!!
December 25th, 2018 at 8:16 am
Very tough one to pick, I voted for toes on the line because at least he was a disciplinarian.
December 25th, 2018 at 9:56 am
AlvinS Harper, damn man you made me actually LOL!
December 25th, 2018 at 10:40 am
Yeah Raheem won 10 games and most of them were against crappy teams.
December 25th, 2018 at 11:24 am
Raheem was 10-6 end of story.
December 25th, 2018 at 12:29 pm
Tallest midget. All are trash.
GLAZERS SUCK FOR HIRING THEM!<
December 25th, 2018 at 12:33 pm
I see 32 morons cast their votes
December 25th, 2018 at 1:37 pm
Morris and isn’t not even close. Morris had by far the least amount of talent (after years and years of terrible drafting by Gruden) and had the Bucs one BS offensive PI call away from the playoffs (that the NFL later apologized for – sorry Bucs fans, but the Packers get better TV ratings and need that spot).
Morris made Josh Freeman look great, and once he fired his DC and coached the defense himself, the defense looks good – all with a lot less talent than any of the other coaches had.
Morris absolutely should have been given another year – and instead the team goes with the fake tough guy Jersey Trash (TM) Schiano who promptly ruins Josh Freeman and puts the team into the dumper.
Dirk meanwhile has had a franchise QB and a ton of individual talent (albeit it with very little to no depth) and has done nothing with it. He’s an emo idiot who can’t manage a clock, who can’t make halftime adjustments, who rarely has his team ready to play. As for Dirk just take what JPP had to say about Dirk’s coaching…JPP said he “likes it”. Yeah! What a ringing endorsement! That sums of Dirk, he’s a good to great OC who shouldn’t have ever been pushed into being a HC and has shown why he was in his mid-50s with a long track record of success and yet never had previously been an NFL head coach and will never be one again.
December 25th, 2018 at 7:14 pm
you guys must not remember the last year of Morris, players just quit on him, he had no respect in the locker room. I don’t think the other 3 lost the respect of the players like that.
December 25th, 2018 at 7:49 pm
Imagine what Radio could have done with all the talent on this team. We would be perennial playoff contenders right now.
December 25th, 2018 at 10:00 pm
Morris was not ready to be a head coach. He liked to go out drinking with his players. His 10 win season was a fluke. Then he lost the locker room.
Lovie was stuck in his scheme and wouldn’t change.
Schiano was, and is, a college coach. His authoritarian style was not suited for the NFL, but he was needed to bring discipline back to the locker room.
Koetter’s biggest mistake was keeping Smith so long. But he built the absolute best offense in Bucs history. The O line sucks. JW (who Koetter didn’t want) sucks. There are still plenty of holes on this team, so Licht shares a lot of the blame for the record.
Overall, I have to say Koetter is the best because of his success with the offense, in spite of all the issues and problems he’s had to deal with. The others didn’t really have any success beyond 1 good (but non-playoff) season by Morris.
December 26th, 2018 at 11:15 am
Raheem was the best out of that group. Really it’s not even close.
December 26th, 2018 at 2:32 pm
Raheem did more with less, not exactly sure what happen in 2011
