Official Deep Discount Offered On Bucs-49ers Tickets

November 21st, 2018

Special pricing for Sunday

Joe isn’t sure if this is good news or bad.

For cash-challenged, history-loving parents who want to show their kids what one of the worst defenses in the modern era looks like at an affordable price, this fresh offer from the Buccaneers is fantastic.

On sale now for Sunday’s game against San Francisco, the Bucs are offering two youth tickets and two adult tickets in section 343 for just $100.00. The deal is also good in section 344.

That’s $25.00 per ticket, which is quite a throwback price and a deep discount from what the Buccaneers’ beloved season pass holders pay to watch home games.

Is this the Bucs yearning for more bodies in the seats after raising ticket prices (for some sections) again this offseason, in addition to gouging fans for “premium” games?

Or is it just a warm holiday-season gesture by a team that’s a been a dynasty when it comes to customer satisfaction?

Regardless, Joe hopes to the Bucs continue to serve up ticket options like this that are affordable to the average Joe.

Ive always wanted to take my daughter! Where can I find this deal?

  2. Buc1987 Says:

    Sarasota Garey…click the link.

Throw in free beer and I’m there….

  3. AlteredEgo Says:

It would take .99 cent beer and $5 at the gate to get folks in the RayJay….and they’d probably make more and have more seats in the stands

  4. Rayjay1122 Says:

Let me know when they offer to pay $100 to fans for attending.

  5. Sarasota Garey Says:

I noticed the link after i wrote that lol thanks

  6. brooks55hof Says:

    @Rayjay Spot on. That’s Priceless!!

  7. Buc believer Says:

This is because they would rather have “some” money rather than nothing. Besides they KNOW they will be gouging the fans for parking and concessions anyway. Hell you need at least 5-6 $12.00 beers to sit through this crap.

  8. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I would like to think that is because they know the season is toast, so they want to cut fans a little slack.

  9. No Luck Buc Says:

Upper bowl in an NFL Stadium with a kid is asking for trouble. Been to many stadiums and the “fanatics” , remind you why you should have stayed home.

    Fair point!

  11. FortMyersDave Says:

Those are pre-Pirate Ship early ’90s prices for sure; going back to the Old Sombrero times but even $25 a ticket is a bit pricey for this garbage as a Ray Perkins, Williamson or a Sam Wyche Bucs team from those last Sombrero days would likely be favored over the Bucs and the Niners……….. Even a 1978 $8 South end zone ticket would be a lot to ask from fans for this garbage the Glazers have wheeled out as a pitcher of suds at the local pub is a better buy!

Weren’t some of those upper deck sections near the end zone used to be labeled as “Family Sections”? Been awhile since I have even thought of buying tickets but I do recall the Bucs crowing about sections which were alcohol “free” back in the Chuckie years when tickets could still be had in 205 for under $100 and some of the upper deck seats were in the $40-65 range and deemed family sections…..

  13. Evolvingbucsfan Says:

Way to show support for the fans and team, in the corner of the upper deck?lol

If it was “decent” tickets they might tell me they care, not this half ass attempt in the worst sections.

I doubt the team will feel the support, let alone hear the screaming fans from that section. Maybe screaming in horror of the defense. Only thing i have seen about this defense was being “defensive” on social media, only area we have been great at, lol.

  14. Sarasota Garey Says:

I just need to get in, and hang out by the pirate ship the whole ame

  15. 813bucboi Says:

they’re discounted because the game will be over by halftime…..thats a common theme in the dirk era…..

    #NOEXCUSESIN2018!!!!…#PRESSURESONTHECOACHES!!!!…GO BUCS!!!!

  16. Mike Johnson Says:

One of the Leagues worst teams..The 49ers. Yet more than half of the fans have doubts we can hang with them. This bout sums up our season. I wonder if prayer Beads are included in that discount?

  17. Knoxville Bucs Fan Says:

Just stand outside one of the gates long enough before you buy tickets someone will probably give you some cause they can’t sell the MF’S

  18. Pickgrin Says:

    Hmmmm. $25 you say…

Well – $25 buys 3 six packs of good beer (almost) to help drown my sorrows with a few left over – while watching 2 bad teams fight for draft positioning…

Or a ticket to sit waaaay up in the corner to (barely) see a historically bad defense blow another game against an even worse team while the good guys on offense run up and down the field without actually scoring enough to overcome said historically bad defense…

Oh – plus $20 for parking with long walk and traffic hassles, $12 (crappy) single beers, $15 sandwiches and now no smoking anywhere on premise…..

    Hmmmmm – tough choice….

  19. Jameis Wienstien Says:

    JOE,

I wouldn’t go see another Bucs game if it were free. Apparently I’m not the only one either. Been trying to get rid of the remainder of my season tickets for DAYS.

  20. SRQ Buc Fan Says:

After 21 seasons I’m done with the Glazers. They hosed all of the die hard fans who were stupid to buy 10 year seats, much less twice! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice SHAME ON ME!

  21. Bucsfanman Says:

    Pickgrin- LMAO!!! So, so true!

  22. GhostofSchiano Says:

So I can get a ticket for $25.00, sit in the outdoor tanning bed seats, which requires 2-3 gallons of liquid to stay hydrated, to watch two teams find ways to lose to secure a higher draft pick.

I can also spend another $25 at the concession stand which even Disney could take lessons on price gauging from.

OR… I could go to work and make 12 hours of overtime pay

OR.. I could stay home and drink. Decisions decisions

  23. SOEbuc Says:

Hey stranger, can I borrow you’re wife and kids for a day?

  24. SOEbuc Says:

Glazers are cutting prices to $25 a pop? It’s official. %99.9 chance of a complete wipe out next year.

  25. joestang Says:

They should give them away for free. They still wouldnt fill the seats.

  26. BigMacAttack Says:

    Haha. Blow me.

  27. Blogtalkfootball.com Says:

They lowered the price to make it harder for season ticket holders to sell theirs.

  28. Bosch Says:

DONT BUY THE TICKET!!!! BOYCOTT THE GLAZERS!!!!!

  29. Slugglife Says:

You mean $9 for piss warm beer. And bottomless buckets of stale popcorn.

    What a deal!

  30. Slugglife Says:

    Dam pickgrin-

I haven’t been down there this season- no smoking section anymore?
Wow. I guess the Glazers have an overwhelming waiting list for customers. Alienating a good portion of your base like that makes it seem so.

  31. ClwJB Says:

My Mom actually got me hooked on this stupid team as a kid, so for her 73rd BDay, I am taking her to this game and making her watch all 4 quarters!!!!

    Why should I suffer alone!

  32. Pickgrin Says:

    Yea Slugg

Wonderful “new” policy at Ray Jay.

Wanna attend a football game? (or concert, monster truck show, etc) –

Well you’ll have to do without nicotine for at least 4 hours….

Those little outside smoking coveys on the edges of the stadium were obviously creating a HUGE health risk for non-smokers… SMH

Oh and thanks to the voters – you can’t vape anywhere either now – Sooo – unless you want to spend $40 on some nasty ass tasting gum – you my leper friend are SOL …

Craziness I tell ya. Like you said – that’s a somewhat significant % of the fan base being shot the middle finger right there…

This I know. Those who smoke (whatever they may smoke) need to smoke MORE – not less when watching these Buccaneers play….

  33. Wesley Says:

I wouldn’t pay 5 dollars to watch this garbage.

  34. James Walker Says:

They would have to pay me to sit through that mess.

  35. Dapostman Says:

Probably close to the price I paid for the 1979 playoff game against Philadelphia. I was in the end zone of the Big Sombrero! Bucs win 24-17!
