Graham Claims Offense Lost The Game
November 22nd, 2009All-around good guy Earnest Graham spoke to the Buccaneers Radio Network after the game and claimed the offense let the defense and,in turn, the Bucs down in the pasting by the Saints.
“We had to control the ball and not let our defense back on the field,” Graham said. “That’s the NFL for you. e had a chance to go into halftime with momentum and we didn’t. We can’t let a team like [New Orleans] have momentum.”
Graham all but said the Bucs had to play a perfect game to beat New Orleans.
“We played a great team today,” Graham said. “We needed to make a lot of plays. I’ve seen quarterbacks who have been in this league for a few years turn the ball over on this team.
“We have to try to keep trying to get better. We are not allowed to lay down.”
Joe believes someone has forgotten to tell the defensive line that.

I agree completely EG. I never want to see our defense on the field anymore either. Especially trying to protect a lead. This team better use it’s 10 draft picks all on defense next season, as most of these guys couldn’t start for most teams. The one smart thing the Bucs did was not give Ruud an extension. He’s one of the few MLB’ers that I never see stepping into a hole and stuffing a RB. He’s usually 5 yards downfield getting pushed back by an OL.

This team has a terrible defense and a terrible scheme, tell me how Rude ended up covering a wide reciever on 3 straight plays in the 2nd quater.bad scheme or nobody knew what they were doing. Freeman is a rookie we have to live with that and take the good with the bad. Can not wait for the draft our only bright hope.

(W/ apologies to Andrew Lloyd Webber)
Don’t cry for us, Mr. Glazer
The truth is we never loved you
We bought the jerseys
We paid the parking
We kept our promise
Now keep your distance
Don’t weep for me, Glazer offspring
The truth is we don’t believe you
All through these seasons
You loved only Man U
And we weren’t winning
You broke your promise… so keep your distance

Earnest, thanks for falling on the sword, but EVERYBODY knows the defense SUCKS! John McKay’s first defense was better.

Nice clock management right before the half Raheem the dream. You dont even do that playing madden, and also I agree give ward and graham more carries, I personally like Earnest the best out of all 3 backs. Ryan Sims is soft as toilet tishue, also bench him and hovan for rest of year cause they suck…… Fire Bates

I say dissolve the team and go back into the league with an expansion franchise. We’d probably end up with a better roster with an expansion draft.
