Kellen Winslow Jailed

June 14th, 2018

Disturbing news.

Disgraced former Bucs tight end Kellen Winslow’s life is unraveling.

Just days after getting busted in a California trailer park for burglary — he claims he was househunting — Winslow now faces years in jail if the charges filed against him are true.

Winslow has been arrested in San Diego and charged with several crimes including kidnapping and rape, per TMZ.com.

Officials say Winslow is being charged with 9 criminal charges including kidnapping with intent to commit rape, forcible rape, forcible sodomy, burglary, indecent exposure and more.

Here are the charges in total:

— 2 counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape
— 2 counts of forcible rape
— 1 count of forcible sodomy
— 1 count of forcible oral copulation
— 2 counts of residential burglary
— 1 count of indecent exposure.

Joe hopes for Winslow’s sake this is just some mistaken issue but nine charges suggests something went terribly wrong.

  2. DBS Says:

Bucs or former Bucs always in the news. At least it wouldn’t have taken the NFL to investigate this.

  3. Cobraboy Says:

Good Lord! Seems the boy has “issues.”

  4. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

Give it a few days and his lawyer will claim it was all the concussions he suffered during his NFL career.

C’mon MAN. This guy is a turd and always has been. Why did we ever sign him in the first place?? Wasn’t this a rerun from his college days up in the NW?? Enjoy jail AGAIN, you fart. Good riddance to bad garbage. And BUCS, please stop signing bad character guys (Swaggless) and build a team that wants to win instead of focusing on payday players.

  12. HowToSpellRhonde Says:

Nothing to it, just locker room play.

  13. SB Says:

I had substance abuse issues at one time. It didn’t make me want to phuque people in the a$$ and mouth against their will. There’s a special place in Hades for creatures like this.

I do miss those nice uniforms without the 1984 digital clocks, dark shoulder patches and big gaudy helmet stickers. The only thing I like on these unis is the chrome cage. Keep that.

I had substance abuse issues at one time. It didn’t make me want to f**k anybody in the arse and mouth against their will. There’s a special place in Hades for creatures like that.

On a lighter note, bring back those normal uniforms without the 1984 digital alarm clock, ugly shoulder patches, and big gaudy helmet logo. Keep our chrome grilles, though.

  19. TampaTown Says:

So sad to see this. I’ve always thought his overbearing Dad was part of the problem.

  20. Wesley Says:

Guys a P.OS. people feeling sorry for him is really messed up. He deserves prison.

  21. NFLNut Says:

CTE will be blamed … and it might be a major factor whether anyone wants to think it is or not

  22. Eric Says:

Around here that would get you life in prison. No possibility of parole for 25 years.

Ok I guess I’ll be the bad guy and say it, this makes Jameis look instantly better. 🙂 Just sayin

Think you are confusing two different Bucs tight ends.

Winslow went to school in Miami. The Bucs traded for him. They didn’t sign him.

It was ASJackwagon who came from the northwest (Washington, specifically).

  25. WeAreLost Says:

Pretty messed up, if true hope he rots.

    I got it. LOL
    That’s cold, man.

  27. Lucious Selmon Says:

Might be right. It’s true that abuse is often cyclical. Passed down, if you will. People need to understand this AND be strong-willed in order to break that cycle.

    Another Victim of CTE?

  30. Tnew Says:

    Brooks55/joe.

Think you’re referring to Jeremy „Mrs Solo“ Stevens.

  31. James Walker Says:

Aren’t we innocent until proven guilty? I personally did not like the Winslow’s play on the field, but I trust the police even less. They pile on the charges to jack the bail up as high as possible like throwing mud on a wall to see what sticks. Unfortunately, no law enforcement is held accountable for the damage they do to people lives and reputations by charging people with obscene amount of crimes when they in fact did nothing wrong. It is easy to trust law enforcement until they do this to you. I’ll reserve judgement until after the conviction. Until then he did nothing wrong.

Joe he’s referring to that idiot Jeremy Stevens that we signed for a couple of seasons until he got busted for drugs in his car and we (and the NFL) gave up on him. He married Hope Solo and they got arrested for some sort of Trailer Trash family dust-up. That guy went to Washington and was trainwreck before he even got to the league.

  33. firethecannons Says:

OMG–bad drugs! nothing else gonna get this dude so buried in bs

“Aren’t we innocent until proven guilty?”

Not with that long list of charges.

  36. Buc50 Says:

Not just the length of charges but what the charges are. Dude was trying to take advantage of somebody’s grandma. He’s beyond disgusting…now we know why he was so fond of vaseline.

  37. James Walker Says:

Buccaneer Bonzai: They could charge him with 1000 crimes and he is still innocent until proven guilty. Perhaps North Korea is better suited for your attitude of how law enforcement should be executed.

  38. James Walker Says:

Again, HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL CONVICTED. I was charged with 7 felonies all of which were dismissed because I DID NOT DO THE CRIME. When it happens to you, your attitude will change. A cop can charge you with anything, with impunity, with no evidence, and are not held responsible.
