LOL!!!! The Stick Quitters will do what they do best!!!!!!! QUIT!!!!! By game 4-5 they will have checked out and calling for new coaches, even if the team is .500!!!!!!!!
There has not been 1 year that the stick quitters or Justin haven’t called for new coaches by week 8!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right about this season being a boom or bust year. Nothing less than making the playoffs will be acceptable for fans and the media this year the way I see it.
Having said that much, fans will have to ask themselves whether that is enough. Think about this. Would you rather see us get into the playoffs and win one or two playoff games or would you rather see us get to the Super Bowl and lose? Which will leave you more disappointed during the next offseason?
It becomes cliched whenever anyone says the goal is always bringing home the Vince Lombardy trophy. All thirty-two teams will say this every year. It will always be true every year. But realistically most NFL fans will hope for the best and have to settle for something less.
The Denver Broncos lost their first four tries in the Super Bowl, won the next two, then lost one and won one. Their SB record is 3 and 5.
The Dallas Cowboys lost one, won one, lost one, won one, lost one, and won their last three appearances. Their SB record is 5 and 3. These are just a couple of examples of other franchises. (I used these teams because this old geezer lived in Dallas and Denver before ending up here in Tampa Bay for the last 30+ years.)
Since 1995 the Panthers have made the playoffs 8 times and lost two Super Bowls. Since 1976 our franchise has had 10 playoff appearances. Between 1997 and 2007 the Bucs had 7 playoff appearances with one Super Bowl win.
We really, really need this regime to succeed. Imagine the Buccaneers making the playoffs 10 times during the next twelve years. What if we were to win two Superbowl and lose one in the next six years. Think about how happy you might be with that as a fan.
If we don’t make the playoffs I think that the Glazer triumvirate could well keep Licht and demand Koetter and his coaches be replaced.
Ever optimistic, I am anticipating a great season and a playoff run!

Wow buc realist whats up with all the hate. Who cares if we or someone else calls for the coaches head if we suck then yeah, put his ass on the hot seat.
