How refreshing to hear Bajakian speaking about mechanics, release, drops, technique and timing!
Remember when we had a qb coach who said you can’t change a quarterbacks mechanics?
How times have changed fans! This is the most competent coaching staff we’ve had in a long, long time (maybe ever). Go Bucs!

Remember when Darcie Glazer was going to ensure that the Bucs would not draft Winston. Where are all the pitchforks??? So glad none of that nonsense actually happened.

Another Great Rock Riley video! Many Thanks to the Joebucsfan blog I get to see these.Monday Wednesday & Friday, And the Ira report. Nice.
Great to see and hear about the outside the stadium investments, Mr. Winston is making to the young people of Tampa Bay. Also very nice to see and hear from our QB coach the stress on the accuracy, ball placement, delivery. With this being addressed, discussed and planned for training to work on these skills in the “off season”. Love hearing”Put your head down and go to work”.
Go Bucs!
