Mocking The Mockers

Calls out “experts.”
As regular readers of this here website know, Joe has a serious issue with the mockers.
You know the type, like helmet-haired Mel Kiper. They change their mock drafts weekly, probably more than they change their underwear. Do a mock draft and stick to it! Quit throwing crap against the wall!
Apparently, Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht is amused by the mockers. He called them out in his pre-draft press conference today from One Buc Palace.
“The real experts are those scouts and the scouting department and the coaches that are doing the work right now,” Licht said with a wry smile. “So, we don’t get 10 mocks to get it right, we get one. We don’t have the luxury of doing multiple mocks and then end up at some point you can say, you were right. We only get one chance.”
Indeed! You do enough mocks, you are bound to be correct. You know, like a broken clock is right twice a day?
And if the mockers are wrong, which they often are, they don’t get tossed to the curb.

Good one Jason.
This draft is very hard to predict.
I hope Jason Licht feels the same as I and a # of others I’ve seen mention roughly the same thing. If we come out of the 1st 4 rounds with a RB, WR, Safety and TE – in whatever order – this team will be vastly improved and it will be a draft well done.

The man spent 30 minutes talking saying absolutely nothing to the rhythm of his gyrating potato head.

Dallas – Why are you such a d!ck when it comes to any mention of Licht (or no mention at all in too many cases). The GM is doing a good job. There’s no way to dispute that and appear credible.

Dallas, you’re pretty immature. Nobody on here should ever respond to this guy from here on out. Once someone starts making things personal, you know they’ve already lost the debate and their points are invalid. You don’t Have any legs to stand on when you gotta get personal.
