The Bucs were at home tonight. And you know what that means at the Den of Depression.
Tip your bartenders and waitresses, folks. They’re the ones who are good to you. The Bucs, however, are not. Tampa Bay is now 0-4 at home and have lost 17 of 20 in Tampa.
It was a division game against the rival Falcons. Atlanta was traveling on short rest, and they managed to humiliate the Bucs on national television.
Where’s the grit in these Bucs not named Mike Evans? C’mon!
Atlanta had 33 points on the board with 18 minutes to play. Matt Ryan looked like he was practicing against the Browns’ scout team. Through three quarters, Ryan was 24-of-33 for 343 yards and four touchdowns.
The Bucs had a couple of sacks, but there was no consistency to the pass rush. Again.
Joe is so sick of the home losing. It’s just not acceptable. The rest of the NFC is 34-21-1 combined at home this year. Think about that for a minute.

We have been blaming Jameis, I think he is/was doing the best he could with what he had to work.

Why do we keep McCoy? Hargraves was a bust as a draft, too small to play NFL. The D simply is bad. Cut Aguayo and bring in some D talent. So sick of watching this garbage.

Joe. We have no reason at this point to think we are not going to finish worse than last year. Dirk admitted he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the team. Miles defense looks like the Bates quarters nightmare but worse. No reasonable person could expect this group to improve. It’s not to early to pull the plug. But we will wait 2 years it’s what we do. Sad. Dirk fired 2018 after two 4 win seasons.

Winston played well. He played with heart and he played smart. Evans was a beast. Aside from those 2, that was an absolute disaster. Grimes and vh3 looked out manned again. The safeties couldn’t cover a tight end. Missed coverages and very little hustle from the linebackers. No pass rush from really anyone. And Hawley was killing us with penalties, but the o line went to trash when he went out.

To the Glennon folks….Capt. Check Down came in in what is called garbage time…that is when a team is beating us badly and pulled its starters. Glennon is not a a starter, enough said.

Does anyone really care anymore? With the exception of a couple of players, this team sucks big time. 4-12 or 5-11 at best. No heart, no smarts and no energy. GM Licht and DC Smith need to go NOW! And take a bunch of overpaid players with you.

Will someone please explain to me what happened to the so called no huddle offense Koetter said during OTA’s that he’ll run. He’s no different than Lovie, wait until we’re behind then go no huddle…too little, too late. It really didn’t matter cause our defense couldn’t stop the Falcolns n would catch fits with Alabama’s offense. Poor tackling n no coverage. Jameis is aiming at a serious injury trying to take the team on his shoulder. DSmith n Demar Dotson are no help for Jameis. No wr other than Evans. I rest my case another embarrassing Thursday nite game.

Tough loss, we are 2 to 3 drafts away from competing. Jamies is erratic and needs much more talent around him to see if he’s the long term option. The defense is worn out, lacks a consistent rush and height at cornerback position. Grimes and Hargreaves were exposed. Hope is on the way, the Bucs will get better; it will just more time than we the fans want. go bucs…

Finger Pointed At Bucs Tackles lol yea they picked this game to show up as the worst players on the field and with Winston getting hurt they’ll get the spot light for over a week. This team had the nerves to cut players like D brooks to rebuild the roster and never recovered but for some reason they choose not to even attempt to replace starters who would sit the bench for playoff teams I just don’t get it.
How the heel does demarcation Dotson get bull rushed by vic Beasley who weighs what Noah Spence does and looks like a linebacker. Can’t really blame Dirk or Winston if we can get all 11 guys on the field to consistently do their job, they each take turns killing the team all game long and this has come on for years. I’d rather start a rebuild than to have this team keep telling me we’re getting there when all I see are players used to losing and its infecting all Jason licht decent pick ups

I saw a few positives…on offense.
The players were quicker this week. By quicker, I mean they caught the ball and turned upfield fast. This might not seem important to some, but compare to last year, or even the beginning of this year.
Mike Evans is turning into a beast. Where are all those people from last year who called him a bust????
When Glennon came in it was with no hope for a win. I aas ipressed by a few things. Yes, he threw checkdowns, but he released the ball faster than he has in the past. He had energy in the pocket. And they showed a shot of Winston. He was studying how Glennon was doing it.
Do I think Glennon should replace Winston? Heck no! Atlanta was in prevent. That’s why checkdowns worked. I just saw improvement in his game.
I’ll admit, this was a hard one to watch, but I saw enough to have reason to believe the team is building in the right direction…on offense.
Defense? Too soon to tell. One draft simply is not enough.

I’m just done I see the same crap year after year after year I can’t take it anymore. National TV look at the stadium, what a joke. Sick of seeing other players that used to play for the Buc’s on other teams doing great we can’t get drafts right, can’t get coaches right. Bucs suck!

Week after week we see the same old crap. Crappy fans whining and saying they are done. Stop bluffing. Don’t just change your name. Go.
Because being a fan means never giving up. We might get mad. We may have strong opinions. But we Never. Give. Up.
If you can’t see this team is heading in the right direction, you are blind. It just isn’t there yet.

I saw a much much improved Winston tonight. i also saw a stronger pass rush, save for the 2nd half. I also saw the same soft defense get shredded over and over and over again. I know you can’t blitz every down, but ya gotta do it more on 3rd and long!

McCoy was his typical ghostly self – but if you trade him, does that make us better? Or would we just realize a year later, “dam, we still suck and are down a talented player?”

Well we’re not the 49ers, they have 1 win we have 3. We also have a depleted roster due to the blood bash that was the cardnals game and our depth is terrible so no I didn’t expect us to sweep the Falcons. Aside from ME13 no threats at receiver whatsoever.

It was the dumpster fire I thought it would be. I had an enjoyable evening and my blood pressure is normal as is my heart rate. No Bucs last night. They’re useless and pathetic. Licht put together a talentless, thin team and this is what you get. So, play on and lose. The Bucs will permanently be a cellar dweller. It’s a Bucs life.

Bonzai I agree wholeheartedly. It hurts deep in the gut to watch these guys lose, but like you I try to look for the positives even if they are few and far between. One thing I will never do is give up on them. Do I want better? Sure every Bucs fan does, but quit is not an option for me. I have been there since the beginning and I will be here until MY end. GO BUCS!!!!!

On a more positive note I wish we could get just the all crimson shirt with pewter pants as the home uniforms. Then make the away uniforms all white version of the crimson. They should also bring the creamsickle back in the same style as the all crimson jersey with pewter pants.
