Roster all but finalized.

Have a hunch who makes the final 53-man roster of the Bucs? Jason Licht says he pretty much already knows.

The AC/DC-loving general manager of the Bucs did a live hit with dangerous Dan Lucas during the 7 p.m. WFLA-TV Channel 8 newscast this evening and said he already knows who will be on the roster with the exception of possibly two spots. Lucas asked Licht if playing tonight under terrible conditions makes it hard for him to come to the decision on what receivers to keep.

Licht sidestepped the question like America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston dodging a blitzing linebacker, and instead talked about the roster in general.

Licht said the weather conditions tonight will not be a hazard to finalizing the roster.

“Yeah, it makes it a little more challenging,” Licht said of the expected deluge this evening. “We pretty much know what most of our decisions are. There are a couple of positions this is going to be the final piece of the examination. We will still get enough out of it.

“We have plenty of practice tape and from our preseason games where we can make an informed decision.”

So has Licht already decided to end the Bucs hopes of his fellow Cornhusker Kenny Bell? How about career NFL bubble man Kourtnei Brown at defensive end?

It won’t be long before we all know.
