Went with confident. Still a few too many FA whiffs for me to jump into the pool both feet first, but I like his core philosophy on draft. If he had a part in convincing the Glazer’s to oust Lovie early then I may have to up my vote to very confident š
I’m very confident based on what I’ve seen from Licht, including the no crapping around with bad picks…he seems to be able to move on from mistakes.
Hard to know how much of the past two year’s disaster was on Lovie but his fingerprints and those of his family are pretty much all over the disasters, many of whom were “his” players.
I think what I like the most about Licht is there seems to be a genuine professionalism with the franchise. We’re hiring quality people again and not just friends and family.
I here alot of chatter about bad free agents. I find it hard to believe that a man who was schooled by the patriots would really think aquiring other teams back up players and making them starters was his idea. He was first time GM taking orders from a guy that had previous experience as a HC. I’m totally confident in Licht. Dude pretty savy in the way he gose about business. Judge him on his time with other guy all you,my judgement starts with him and Koetter. Imo so far ššsā.
I’m extremely confident in Licht. He’s building through the draft rather than overpay guys for one overachieving year. J.J. Watt money for a guy that aside from one year put up Jaq Smith numbers and it wasn’t even a contract year. Licht will at least draft 2 opening day starters on Defense possibly more then if he feels the need to fill holes in FA I’m sure there will be some decent Vets cut loose after the draft.
wesley that dude is an Aquarius, dumb not even in his equation. Do the research dude. Tampa Tony I’m always puzzled by the whole the other guy did this in comparison to what the guy now has done. Don’t make since to me considering the other guy is gone for a reason.
@architek…I think its right on time…I voted no confidence…bringing doug back is nothing special, that was to be excepted along with replacing someone who retires…those two moves were excepted…him not getting a quality/starting de,cb or safety is troubling…I also read on peter king that licht wanted Michael ghost Johnson and forced him on lovie…m. Johnson was licht’s FA pick…licht is scared he will make another mistake so his excuse will be, “we are building thru the draft”, which isn’t a bad thing but why make that statement….by firing lovie his actions state we are ready to win now with the talent we have….unless we increase the talent level on the defense,(which we haven’t as of yet) we will have the same exact problems…maybe less penalties but still no pass rush or cbs that can cover…GO BUCS!!!!

The drafts have been good, the FA’s have been bad. However, he brought back Doug so….
Confident.

After 2 years as GM he has less wins than Dominik did…
That’s awful. Let’s see how he does without Lovie hanging around

I’ve always felt he was in over his head, he comes off a little dumb. He reminds me of a giant 12 year old boy.

Cmon Joe…
A confidence poll already???
March 11th, 2016 at 12:09 pm
How can one have confidence in a GM who has gone 2-14 and 6-10 and who doesn’t have the confidence in himself to spend in free agency?

Joe was scared to do a confidence poll when his rockstar was the gm

I pushed confident twice to vote, got the message I need to pick one first, I already had. So I upgraded once to have it go through.

Inaccurate poll Joe.
His draft and FA history drastically differ. You need a poll for each.
