Jeff Fisher: Rams Coaches Were Handicapped

Just when you thought the tender regions of your Bucs-loving groin couldn’t handle more punishment.
It turns out that not only were the Rams leading the Bucs 28-6 late in the third quarter on Thursday night, they were pounding Tampa Bay despite being visually handicapped.
Rams head coach Jeff Fisher joined Movin’ The Chains on SiriusXM NFL Radio yesterday following his team’s crushing of the Bucs on Thursday Night Football. It was Fisher’s regular weekly time slot on the show, so he was very relaxed and comfortable.
It was there he revealed that Rams coaches were having issues with Tampa Bay’s “color rush” uniforms unveiled for this game. Fisher said recognizing Bucs numbers was difficult for his staff and they struggled to identify players, a key role that is directly connected to choosing “personnel groupings” assigning match ups.
Joe sure struggled a bit on television to identify defensive players, and it surely was challenging from Joe’s vantage point in the St. Louis press box.
For Joe, Fisher’s remarks make the reality of losing to Case Keenum and a bad football team that much tougher to take.

This means nothing to me. Lovie also was at a disadvantage to. He left his ability to coach in Chicago.

1 good player on defense is silly. Lovie brought in a corner thats been to a pro bowl. Has another corner thats a 2nd round pick. He’s suppose to have a top 5 DT and also a very good WLB. He also has several guys thats played in HIS defense before who arent good but we’re at least average.
I know I know, its not Lovie’s fault that he cant get any of these guys to perform at a respectable level. It’s all the non-talented players fault. blah blah blah

Oh and forgot that he got rid of the best corner in the league even though we could of clearly used him and have more than enough cap room. I know, I know. Not Great Ole Nice Guy Lovie’s fault either.

first I would over pay for some free agents, Then I would hand out jobs to guys that cannot get the Job done. Then I would just rush 4 lineman for a year and a half before adjusting!!! I would not coach fundamentals and just spend the whole practice teaching how to “strip” the ball and in addition will make my team is sloppy!!! And if a player makes stupid penalties, I will make sure he starts next week!!! Then after every game, I will hold a press conference telling everyone “it takes time, we will clean it up, and how its improving even though it does not look like it!!”

I knew the game was over on the first kick when two special team player couldn’t even push the returner out of bounds. Many of these players aren’t motivated. They need Bill Cowher as the head coach.He would have pulled the helmets off the special team players along with their heads and set them on the bench. Fire Lovie now.

I’m just tired of seeing my favorite team look completely imcompetent. We now have a franchise QB and we are still finding ways to lose to bad teams, a majority of the time we’re not even competitive. It’s appauling. I know there will be someone that will say “Go root for another team”. Im a Bucs fan til I die but it hurts to see them play like such crap repeatedly so I’ll b!tch and moan til it gets fixed which I doubt will be under Lovies unwatchful watch.

For crying out loud Joe our defense isn’t good enough yet to stop a no name like Keenum. That’s the facts. The talent on that side of the ball is horrible save a few players. Let’s stop crying because we lost to bad teams. Our defense is bad so we lose to bad teams. Frankly, both Chicago and Carolina should beat us.

Howards psychiatrist has forbade Howard from watching or attending any Bucs games until the team solidifies into a solid contender. They took Howards TV away but they can’t take internet access.

The old Bucs make opposing QB’s look terrible.
The new Bucs make opposing QB’s look like demi-gods.
The old Bucs closed other teams stadiums.
The new Bucs open new stadiums for other teams.

Don’t worry ATLBucsfan, This offseason Lord Cornelius will pick out a couple of the Bucs best games and try to tell you that it is a top 10 defense, and how it will extrapolate to next season, ( just never let that guy do your taxes with his fuzzy numbers!!!)

158 QB rating. To Case Keenum. Against an alleged defense guru. The talent level of the defense should be irrelevant. The 45th best QB in the NFL should never tear a defense apart.

158 QB rating? Wow. And thats coming from a team thats probably the least talented offense we’ve seen in quite awhile…. And ppl are still defending Lovie with “we dont have talent” excuses.

Cousins (would have been benched had they lost)

Hasselbeck (backup 40 years old…)

We’ve played twice as more backups and rookies than top 15 QBs. And we’re gonna have a losing season. But yeah defensive guru Lovie Smith bears zero responsibility for this season.
